Broadband EMC Test Antenna series HyperLOG® 60xxx (680MHz-18GHz)
The LogPer-antennas of the HyperLOG® 6000 series are based on an ultra-thin, GOLD-COATED high tech TEFLON base. Based on this high quality technology, the antenna-frequency-range could again be vastly extended compared to the 7000 series. Now the maximum bandwidth available reaches from 680MHz up to as far as 18GHz. Its small physical antenna-size and low weight make this antenna predestined for mobile use. The 18GHz frequency range now also allows the detection of unusable signal sources like military radar, various satellite services, very high frequency bugs, etc

FARADAY CAGE
Cage made with metal wire mesh on panels (CuSn 2 wires + T.C.S. 2 wires) soldered together, assembled on all 6 faces.
Combination on threaded wood structure with plywood for low protection. Antistatic floor covering, floor made with fibreboard. Solid wood door, dimensions : 830 x 2050 mm. Brass filter panel, dimension 400 x 400 mm, wave guide and power supply filter
|
|
|
The Type II Faraday Cage offers improved access and simplified assembly. The “window-shade” type retracting front panel is easier to operate than hinged doors and causes less disturbance when adjusted. This front panel may be positioned anywhere between fully opened and closed and stays in position without a fastener. The front door is shipped assembled and the entire unit may be assembled in a few minutes with a screwdriver (provided).

Customization
The AEMI chambers have been designed to satisfy most customer's requirements. However, if your testing demands a unique configuration or feature(s) not provided by our standard model, AEMI will work with you to configure a chamber that meets your specific testing needs.
Subsystem Integration
AEMI provides a total turnkey chamber solution including all of the technical expertise, project management, system integration, and installation services that complement the high-quality products we manufacture. This single-source solution ensures completion of a well-controlled, successful project to our customers. AEMI will provide complete antenna measurement system solutions to meet your testing requirements.
Construction
The construction of our anechoic chambers will depend on the shielding requirements of the complete facility AEMI has constructed chambers with stud/drywall methods to welded shielded enclosures, which provide 120 dB of isolation. The most common construction methods are as follows: Standard stud/drywall (no shielding) Stud/drywall utilizing foil (minimal shielding & isolation Welded shielding (120 dB shielding & isolation)

The TDK fully anechoic chamber CAC-S™, with a size of 7.5 m long, 3.0 m wide and 4.0 m high (24'-7" x 13'-1" x 9'-10"), is the most compact anechoic test facility to perform radiated EMC measurements between 26 MHz and 18 GHz. A major advantage of this chamber is that it can be constructed within most industrial buildings and office areas.
The space saving characteristics are obtained by the use of a particular absorber installation technique which was invented and patented by TDK - the double layer technique. TDK ferrite tiles X-131 are mounted onto dielectric panels to cover the complete frequency range from 26 MHz to 1,000 MHz.

The TA-Series is a standard line of fully-equipped tapered anechoic chambers, delivering high-performance Far-Field antenna testing capability. Ideally suited for performing a variety of measurements, the TA-Series has been specifically developed to meet the increased performance demands of today's wireless and general-purpose antenna measurement applications.
The tapered chamber is a spherical antenna range configured with one side tapering with square-to-round transitions to a true conical section.
The tapering walls bring the reflections into phase coherency so that they are all in phase in the test region, resulting in a smooth amplitude taper illuminating the antenna under test. The energy is transmitted from the conical section toward the terminating end wall absorbers at normal and near normal incidence. Chamber reflections and extraneous energy in the test region are determined primarily by the reflectivity performance of the pyramidal absorber on the end wall. By designing the chamber with high performance terminating wall absorbers, the TA-Series delivers greater accuracy for low frequency measurements (down to 200 MHz).
