Characteristics
The new STAUFF Laser Particle Counter I is a microprocessor-controlled 8-channel particle counter designed for monitoring the degree of contamination of mineral based hydraulic fluids. In contrast to other commercially available particle counters, the LasPaC I is characterized by a few special features. The readings from the LasPaC I will immediately indicate the condition of the hydraulic system, the data will be documented, and you will be able to intervene at an early stage in order to prevent wear and damage to the components in the hydraulic system. This does not only minimize repair costs, but also reduces overall equipment downtime.

Either in environmental related gas analysis like stack testing, continuous emission monitoring (CEM), vehicle emission testing or LEL warning indication and in process applications like combustion efficiency monitoring, boiler trim, ethylene plants or petro chemistry, sample gas needs to be extracted from the gas stream.
It is obvious, that for a reliable analysis the sample gas must be extracted free of ambient gas leaking into the system and at the same time the dew point of the sample must remain stable.
This explains why the sample gas probe is the important interface between the process and the analyser system.
Quality, reliability and low operation cost have been the main targets for the development of this programme. The results are outstanding: the modular design allows application specific combinations in a very price effective manner.
The GAS 222 series of sample probes provides "down to earth" solutions based on advanced modular designs.Depending on the application, a variaty of heated or unheated basis units can be combined with in-situ or downstream filters. The filter material can be chosen from sintered ceramic to sintered stainless steel or even pleated stainless steel. Filters with large surfaces provide long life time. For the in-situ filters a highly efficient blowback system is available at reasonable cost.
Bühler sample gas probes are the best solutions if cost effective installation and low operational cost are a concern!
|
|
The gas sample probes are used for continuous extraction of gases from dust loaden, high temperature or humid processes for the gas analysis.

The continuous measurement of oxygen and COe (combustibles) in cement plants has always been a challenge for any type of analysing probe. Up to now, it’s been nearly impossible to extract measuring gas for continuous analysing systems, because the probe becomes “cemented over and sealed” very quickly, resulting in extremely high maintenance costs and kiln production down time. Now ENOTEC has solved these special analysing problems in the cement industry with the new analysing system called CEMTEC®. Now Cement plants are able to significantly reduce their maintenance costs to a fraction of their previous costs. Mounted in a water-cooled outer jacket, the measuring probe is continuously turning +/- 90°. This keeps the gas inlet area free of cement and prevents the dust build up on the probe filter. Additionally, a highly effective automatic cleaning system with pressurised air ensures that the probe with its dust filter and the gas channels remain completely clean and clear. The InSitu probe measures oxygen using a ZrO2 cell and the COe concentration with a Ga2O3 sensor. The system delivers 2 continuous measuring signals with a response time less than 1 second. In addition, it is also possible to extract flue gas for the extractive type flue gas analysis (SO2, NOx, etc.).

Many thousands of OXITEC® oxygen measuring systems are in operation throughout the world, providing customers with reliable, accurate measurements that guarantee easy and safe control of combustion processes. The OXITEC® analysing systems are the consistent advancement of the InSitu oxygen measuring technique on zircon oxide basis. Only the special gold brazing technique developed by ENOTEC guarantees a durably gas tight measuring cell and makes a regular calibration of the probe redundant.
Probe material and design make a problem-free use of the OXITEC® analysing systems for many years possible, also under harsh conditions, and apart from the explosion-proof execution (probe and electronics) also specially designed models for almost all conceivable applications are available. By the InSitu measurement (measurement directly in the flue gas, without extraction) the OXITEC® oxygen analysing system is maintenance-free, and also concerning the reaction rate OXITEC® is clearly superior to each extractive measurement.
The simple operation of the electronics and the interactive operator guidance make the handling of the SME5 evaluation electronics a child's play.
OXITEC® oxygen analysing systems are available in explosion proofed version (ATEX, CENELEC), too. As the only manufacturer in the world ENOTEC has an ATEX certificated dust explosion proofed probe available.

Fast, non-intrusive measurements of gas concentrations and temperatures, performed inside of the process itself are the domain of the diode laser gas analytic. The gas analyzer LDS 6 which combines the compact and service friendly set-up, the easy operation and the network connectivity of Series 6 with the known unique performance of diode laser based in-situ gas analytics.
Fibre optics and IR diode laser technology, standard components of high quality and reliability in communications engineering, give an extremely robust analyzer concept almost free of maintenance which enables process relevant information even under very harsh environmental or process conditions. A build-in hands-off reference gas cell avoids the need for any test gases in the field. By the means of a simple analogue modem a remote control or diagnosis of the analyzers is possible (almost) anywhere and anytime.
Today, the list of gases able to be measured with NIR diode lasers contains already gases like O2, NH3, HCl, HF, H2O, CO, CO2, H2S, CH4, ... and it is continuously growing with the state of the development in semiconductor laser technology. Additionally, high gas temperatures can be determined non-intrusively with an O2 measurement.
