testo 330-1 LL flue gas analyzer with long-life gas sensors, rechargeable battery and calibration protocol included
In the testo 330-1 LL, the follow-on costs for the user are greatly reduced by the extended sensor life of up to 6 years for O2 and CO. At least one sensor replacement is avoided during the typical duration of use of the instrument. In addition to this, Testo gives a warranty of 4 years on the complete instrument (testo 330-1 LL incl. O2 and CO sensors as well as probe). The great adavantage of the flue gas analyzer is its capability for dialogue. At the press of a button, the instrument diagnosis provides information on qualitiative status, e.g. the filling level of the condensate trap, or of wearing parts such as the status of the gas sensors. Maintenance intervals are displayed. The modular probes, such as those for differential temperature and pressure as well as for flue gas, are automatically recognized by the measuring instrument. The measurement results thus immediately appear in the menu.

Extractive process gas analysis is characterized by the fact that a sample is extracted from the process line and conveyed to the analyzer. Typically, the sample is extracted by a probe, then transported through a sample line and conditioned before being processed to the analyzer.
Siemens has integrated numerous extractive analytical methods in the series 6 analyzers family with a modular and consistent housing and operating concept. Each of the analyzers is thereby a class of its own:
IR-active components: ULTRAMAT 6 and ULTRAMAT 23
IR-active components and Oxygen
Oxygen: OXYMAT 6 and OXYMAT 61 and OXYMAT 64
Hydrocarbons (total content measurement): FIDAMAT 6
Hydrogen and noble gases: CALOMAT 6 and CALOMAT 62

Conditioning Systems
Every kind of gas analysis, either fairly straight forward single component analysis or complex multi component process gas analysis require application specific sample gas conditioning systems. These systems must deliver continuously reliable process data even under varying ambient and/ or process conditions.
It is quite obvious, that stack testing has other requirements than engine emission testing, EPA methods testing or process applications in the food industry just to name a few.
Bühler delivers modular designed prefabricated systems as mobile or stationary stand alone or 19” rack mount solutions and assists in planning application specific gas analysis systems on panels, in cubicles or analyser shelter.
