The New DUSTTRAK™ II and DRX Aerosol Monitors
The Revolution in Real-Time Dust Monitoring Has Arrived: Forget everything you knew about aerosol monitors. The new DUSTTRAK II and DRX monitors are light years ahead of any other. The DUSTTRAK™ DRX monitor, for instance, is a new laser photometer that simultaneously measures both
mass and size fraction – something no other monitor can do. When it comes to worker comfort and productivity, as well as risk management, don’t you want the best? The new DUSTTRAK II and DRX aerosol monitors simply leave everyone else in the dust.
These new DUSTTRAK DRX laser photometers simultaneously measure mass and size fraction – something no other monitor can do. Both the desktop and handheld monitors are continuous real-time 90° light-scattering laser photometers that simultaneously measure size-segregated mass fraction concentrations corresponding to PM1, PM2.5, Respirable, PM10, and Total PM size fractions. They combine both particle cloud (total area of scattered light) and single particle detection to achieve mass fraction measurements.
Real-Time Dust Monitoring Takes A Giant Leap Forward.

Waste gas, biogas, off-gas, blast furnace and coke oven gas are often used as fuel for boilers, reboilers, furnaces, gas turbines and incinerators. The highly variable BTU content makes it difficult to use these fuels efficiently, safely and with minimum emissions. This analyzer directly measures the flow of air needed to burn a flow of a variable composition fuel gas.

Developped by GAZ DE FRANCE, the COMBUMATIC is designed to monitor
the quality of Natural gas by determination of comburity or Wobbe index.
This parameter is very usefull when the change of natural gas composition
can upset the process.
The instrument is based on an air/gas blender, a catalytic combustion
chamber where is burnt the air/gas sample and a cell to measure the
oxygen remaining after combustion.
A programmable controller receives all measured values and safety status
and calculates the comburity and Wobbe index. This controller is also able
to initiate automatic calibration cycles with malfunction detection related to
the calibration.

Control of the air-to-fuel ratio in premix gases is essential for venturi or diaphragm mix outlet stations in glass and fiberglass production and also for ribbon burners or flame treating applications. PreMix analyzers take a sample of premixed gas, burn it and determine the resultant excess oxygen or excess fuel. The CMFA-P 2000 is portable, the PreMix 2000 is fixed.

or industrial service where changes in fuel gas or ambient air characteristics will upset the heating process, the mixture output from the combustion controller can be monitored and controlled. The Selas Qual-O-Rimeter Mixture Monitor detects any deviation in flame temperature and automatically adjusts the gas/air ratio to compensate. By connecting the Qual-O-Rimeter sample line immediately downstream of the combustion controller, continuous and accurate correction for gas and ambient air variations is assured before production is affected.
The Selas Qual-O-Rimeter Mixture Monitor is superior to oxygen analyzers for temperature-sensitive processes. Pushbutton control, digital display, and microprocessor circuitry assure easy operation and fast-acting response. Built-in alarms and an output for optional recorder are also included.

APMA-370 Ambient Carbon Monoxide Monitor
Product Overview
The APMA-370 is a device for continuously monitoring CO concentrations using a Non-dispersion cross modulation infrared analysis method. The APMA-370 employs an independent, internal dry-method sampling device to achieve the highest levels of sensitivity and accuracy. The dry method, due to its capability for continuously monitoring and instantaneously analyzing of gas in its unaltered state as well as its minimal maintenance requirements, has been a preferred method for monitoring the atmospheric pollution.
Product Features
The cross flow modulation type, infrared-absorption technology eliminates the need for adjusting optical alignment. For the user, this means very stable and sensitive (5 ppm F.S.) measurements.
The APMA-370 uses an AS-type interference-compensating detector, and a purified reference gas. The reference gas is generated by purging the sample through an oxidation process, where an oxidizing catalyst burns the CO to CO2. These features eliminate interference from other elements, resulting in highly accurate measurements.
The APMA-370 does not use such components as reflecting mirrors, that attract foreign matter. This means the optical bench stays clean assuring you of stable results over long periods of time.

LumaSense offers the maket quality photoacoustic-based gas monitoring solutions. The Photoacoustic Multi-gas Monitor 1314 is a highly accurate, reliable and stable quantitative gas monitor. Its measurement principle is based on the photoacoustic infra-red detection method. This means that the 1314 can measure almost any gas which absorbs infra-red light.
Selectivity is achieved through the use of optical filters. By installing up to 5 optical filters in the 1314, it can measure the concentration of up to 5 component gases and water vapor in any air sample. Detection limit is gas-dependent, but is typically in the ppb region. The accuracy of measurements is ensured by the 1314's ability to compensate for temperature and pressure fluctuations, water-vapor interference and interference from other gases known to be present (Cross-compensation). Reliability of measurement results is ensured by regular, automatic self-tests.

The SPA 500 analysis system was developed particularly for the measurement of the oxygen content in steam-heated autolavas during the vulcanization process by rubber products by peroxide (H2O2). The duration of the flushing of the autoclaves with water vapor can be reduced by the accurate measurement of the CO2 content. This leads to a clear cost saving. The determination of the optimal starting point and the monitoring of the CO2 content during the entire curing process lead in addition to an improvement of the product quality. The analyzer is both in a stationary execution (SPA500S) and in a portable execution (SPA 500P) available.

Non-Sampling, integrated Co2 measurement and control for carbonated beverages.
The CarboCheck is the world's leading CO2 monitor and control system and uses the well known saturation pressure/temperature technique for accurate, non-sampling measurement. CarboCheck can be used for measurement alone or configured as a control system.
The CarboCheck sensor features a silicon rubber membrane, through which the dissolved CO2 permeates into a sealed, evacuated chamber. The partial pressure of the gas is then measured and displayed by the analyser/control unit as a CO2 content. The system incorporates a vacuum exhauster to regularly evacuate the sensor, providing continual, accurate measurement of dissolved CO2. The analyser/control unit can be linked to a carbonation system to enable fully integrated CO2 measurement, injection and control.
Benefits:
-Accurate monitoring and control of dissolved CO2 levels in carbonated beverages.
-Improved "right first time" carbonation figures in-line or in tank.
-More efficient process control.
-Reduction in re-work.
Features:
-Accurate to +/- 0.02vol/vol(+/- 0.04g/l)
-No sampling or product by-pass lines
-Hygenic fitting, can be cleaned in place
-No moving parts
-Low maintenance requirement
-Available as single /dual channel controller or up to 4 channel monitor.
Typical Applications include:
-Beer carbonation ex-filter
-Mineral waters carbonation
-Sparkling wines carbonation
-In-line CO2 monitoring on brewery and soft drinks packaging lines
-Carbonation of pre-mixed drinks.
