Based on a patented innovative technology developed by the French Institute of Petroleum (IFP), the VASCO particle size analyzer is a unique instrument for micro to nano particle size measurements in dispersions. The measurement principle is based on Photon Correlation Spectroscopy (PCS) of the back scattered light.
The design of its sample cell enables an accurate control of both temperature and thickness of suspension to be measured. Compared to conventional analysers, this configuration prevents multiple scattering and allows accurate measurements even in concentrated and dark dispersions.
Moreover, in most cases no sample dilution is necessary which makes measurements almost instantaneous. The VASCO also integrates a premium high power, fiber pigtailed 658 nm Laser diode. Thanks to its temperature stabilization, this source can extend the size analysis range from a few microns down to 2 nm.

Zetasizer APS - for automation of size using micro well-plates
- Automates the size measurement of samples in 96- or 384-well microplates to improve personnel productivity.
Designed primarily for protein specialists, the Zetasizer APS is fully automated, simply requiring users to insert the plate and start a plate schedule. A graphical result display simplifies the assessment of large amounts of data in order to pick out trends and 'hot spots'.
