Optimal Engine Power through Hydro-Mechanical Torque Control Eaton has added Hydro-mechanical Torque Control option for the versatile 420 series pump product line. Torque control limits the amount of input power that an open circuit pump will draw from the engine or prime mover. This control prevents engine stalling and helps in optimal utilization of engine power. This control allows a wide variety of application options to be met by a single pump control option.
Hydro-mechanical torque control provides a simple, low cost option for open circuit pumps. This new control complements the power-dense package offered by the 420 series product and is available in all four displacements (41cc, 49cc, 62cc & 80cc).

General Description
The profichip MPI12x is a communication chip with processor interface for MPI applications.
The MPI12x handles the message and address identification, the data security sequences and the protocol processing for PROFIBUS, which is the underlying transmission protocol.
Token handling, error detection and data pre-processing is executed out automatically by the MPI12x, relieving the host processor from all time-critical tasks and time-consuming arithmetic operations. Support of data transmission rates up to 12 Mbit/s, the integration of the PFOFIBus protocol into hardware, 4 KByte communication RAM and the configurable processor interface are features to create high-performance MPI applications.
Alternatively, the MPI12x can be used as a Serial Interface Device supporting synchronous and asynchronous standard protocols as well as user defined protocols with data transmission rates up to 12 Mbits/s.
Moreover the well-known PROFIBUS Slave Core VPC3+C (extended by DP-V2 service “Clock Synchronisation”) is integrated as well.

ATI's versatile Q45P/R pH/ORP system is designed for use in all industrial and municipal applications. The sensors are engineered to function normally in applications where conventional sensors quickly fail. Conventional pH/ORP sensors have an “open reference system,” which means the reference element and electrolyte are in contact with the process. This allows chemicals to diffuse into the reference chamber and alter the reference system. When any of these problems occur, cleaning and calibration cycles increase and the sensors fail much faster, all of which costs you time and money. The differential pH/ORP sensors utilize a “sealed reference system,” where the sensors are constructed with a second glass pH electrode as the reference element. The glass reference system protects the sensor from chemical poisons (sulfide, cyanide, chlorine, bisulfite, etc.) that destroy conventional pH sensors. The Q45P/R Auto-Clean System is designed to extend sensor cleaning intervals on pH and ORP sensors that are mounted in applications containing high levels of solids contamination. The Auto-Clean System uses high pressure air to remove contaminants from the face of the sensor automatically.

Traditional open loop controls lack repeatability and don't compensate for incoming air pressure changes at the powder pump. With closed loop flow control, like iControl, changes in compressed air input are measured and converted in to digital signals, then sent to a proportional valve.

DESCRIPTION:
The PSP 100 is a tool able to manage up to five controls simultaneously.
It is equipped with three entries reserved for controls of ejection, two entries reserved for the positional checking of band, an exit poiur the stopping of the press.
Principle:
The selection of controls corresponds to the sensors used. With each lathe of crankshaft of the press, the signals of the sensors are considered and put in memory. The cyclic probe (inductive detector provided with the controller actuated by a cam fixed at the crankshaft) makes it possible to question the memory and to stop the press in the event of absence of the one of the signals. The angular position of the cam (cyclic probe) takes as reference the last signal sensor because the PSP 100 has an entry cam. there is defect for the controller if all the signals of ejection or position did not appear before the cyclic signal probe.
Car training:
Controller PSP 100 functions by car-training. Initially to the installation of the apparatus, the PSP 100 will memorize in learning mode the configuration of production. Then, in production mode, it will compare automatically the cycle memorized with the successive cycles and will act in the event of defect.
