PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This is a microcontroller based manual loader – designed to generate stable and accurate 4-20mA dc current signal, which can be fed to the 4-20mA operated load or actuator such as motorized valve, I/P converter etc… Unlike simple current source meter, the source output 4-20mA is also taken internally as the input feedback to ensure the external loop continuity of the signal which is being fed to the load. In case, the external 4-20mA loop is open, the fault message is indicated on the display, which ensures that the signal is actually being fed or not fed to the load. The 4-20mA signal is of 12 bit resolution, and is fed to the external device in the range of 0.0 to 100.0 %. The smallest change in the output is 0.01% or 16uA. Both the set value and the feedback values are simultaneously displayed on the 4 digit red LED display. The serial communication in the form RS485, having MODBUS RTU protocol is also provided for to SCADA or DCS. The protocol, allows configuration of digital ID of each such DCS-723 and monitoring of source and set parameters. DCS-723 works on 230VAC and is protected against industrial RFI/EMI interference by suitable filter. |

Libratherm offers Micro-controller based universal input/output PID controller model PID-966 (version 1.2). The features are incorporated, taking into consideration all types of process control applications, where such PID controller is required to be used. The model accepts all widely used industrial inputs, such as standard types of thermocouple, RTD(Pt-100), and 4-20mA/0-10Volt signals. The desired type of input is user selectable through front panel key board in combination with the back panel DIP switch.
All standard control outputs are available to control variety of end controlling devices. The switching PID output of 0 to 10 VDC pulse can be used to control Relay, Contactor, Solid state relay or AC/DC solenoid valves (Suitable isolated interfacing cards are also available). The analogue PID control outputs are user configurable for (0-20)mA, (4-20)mA, (0-5)VDC or (0-10)VDC. The control action can also be configured through front panel key board as per requirement, such as direct control or reverse control, or both direct and reverse control or ON/OFF control. Eaton's Fusion Integrated Machine Controller has advanced features, including a five-preset high speed counter with prewarn, a totalizer with preset, a batch counter with preset and a ratemeter (tachometer) with high and low setpoints. Unique to the count control world, the Fusion has five output relays, along with two transistors and two analog setpoint or follower outputs. Its ten available parameter sets of pre-loaded values are useful as recipes, for job-stacking or for a variety of application-specific purposes.
The Fusion has a multi-line alphanumeric display which can be programmed to show text messages, logic-generated prompts, alarms and machine status. Up to eight screens can be shown or optionally locked out.
