one self-contained unit. This unit is specifically designed to provide 500-
1000 CFM of conditioned air to rooms up to 2200 cubic feet. The conditioner is designed to produce very precise humidity and temperature
control.
Since this generating unit is selfcontained, it can be easily used to
condition existing spaces, small walkin rooms, and custom chambers. The

| The dehumidication of small and average-sized quantities of polymers may be perfectly carried out with the DD 30 and DD 60 series dehumidifiers. Although these machines have only one silicate cartridge, if the plant is correctly dimensioned, it is possible to easily reach DEW POINT even at 40°C. The temperature control of the dehumidification process is assured by microprocessor system, with a visualization on the panel of the operations carried out and alarms in progress. Silicate regeneration is entirely automatic, the cycle times being personalized by the manufacturer for each machine with the hopper capacity with which it has been fitted, thereby obtaining the maximum efficiency with the least energy expenditure. The original graphics of the control panel facilitate the operator in setting the optimum process temperature, also indicating the minimum stay time in order to obtain a good dehumidification of each material. |

The Econoclim® are air conditionining units whose operating principle is based on adiabatic cooling. The evaporation of a small quantity of water
requires removing the vaporization heat from the ambient atmosphere, which has the effect of cooling the air. This is exploited in the Econoclim®
unit in order to reduce the temperature of your factory.
Environmental protection:
The evaporation air conditioning units do not use any refrigerants and only consume their own energy, water and electricity. These are simple devices using natural processes.

The investment and operating costs are much lower than with the installation of conventional air conditioning.

Gas Coolers
Ducon supplies custom engineered evaporative gas coolers and conditioners to cool the gases exhausting from furnaces, kilns, and boilers. Ducon utilizes its proprietary spray nozzles to accurately control the humidity in the gas so as to minimize the corrosion in the equipment. Ducon has designed gas coolers to handle over 1,000,000 ACFM in a single unit.
Ducon also supplies custom engineered gas-to-gas heat exchangers to recover the heat from hot flue gases or to cool the exhaust gases from wet scrubbers. Ducon's heat exchanges are better than rotary type heat exchanges because they do not have any rotating parts and hence require less maintenance.

The gas heater KING is an independent appliance that
can be used as a great and convenient alternative to the
standard boiler house heating. With KING you have the
possibility to programme the temperature you want in
the room you need, with the possibility to programme
the temperature in every single room reaching therefore
and energy saving up to 30-40%. It is made up of an
elegant ivory varnished cover, a cast iron heat exchanger
(with control window for inspection pourposes) that
guarantee a very silent working, of a burner with safety
valve and wall flat fume/air kit that ensure a tight working

| Offering exceptional performance levels in terms of efficiency, the units in the new series are able to exploit low ambient air temperature conditions whenever available - all year round. The new range, which extends the existing line of air conditioning units, has been specifically engineered to provide the exceptional reliability demanded in industrial application. Although the maximum saving in energy is obtained during continuous operation of the systems for 24 hours/day, chillers equipped with free-cooling allow very substantial power consumption savings even with short periods of operation, while also guaranteeing longer life expectancy and reduced maintenance requirements when compared to conventional chillers. The operating methods utilized guarantee energy savings typically in excess of 40% with respect to conventional units. |
