ECO-OIL series by Nilfisk-CFM is composed by two models: EC-Oil 13 (1,3 kW) and Eco-Oil 22 (2,2 kW). How do OIL models operate?
Oil, liquids and swarf collection is achieved using an oil
resistant rubber hose. The liquid part is seperated from
the swarf - which is trapped in the swarf container - and
sucked into the tank; inside the tank there is an automatic
level control which cuts off the power when the tank is full.
At this point the liquid can be pumped back into the machine
tool through a pump, while the swarf container can be
emptied manually. |
|
For very heavy duty and continuous service. This threephase vacuum can be connected to the centralized general cleaning or pneumatic conveying systems used in various sectors such as the agricultural-food production or metal-working industries. Many optionals facilitate work where the vacuumed materials are particularly heavy or in large quantities. The electric filter shaker is standard supply.

The new ATTIX 965-0M/H SD XC is the most powerfull two-motor machine that is approved to be used for both M and H-Class.
Featuring XtremeClean automatic filter cleaning and a corrorion-proof Stainless Steel Sit Down container that ensures durability and long life.
By choosing the correct container inlet the machine allows you to dispose the debris with a dustfree and there for safe solution.
The container is equiped with two inlets and two safety plugs:
- By use for M-Class dust, use the open disposal bag and the upper fitting.
- When vacuuming H-Class dust, use the lower inlet in combination with the safety filter bag and close the upper inlet.
The SitDown model is designed for mainly dry pick-up, but the machine features Bypass turbines that makes it possible also to vacuum wet debris. Wet debris will not damage the machine, but there is a risk of overfilling the container!

The strong point of the threephase model OIL 440 is that it can separate the vacuumed swarf and liquid and return the filtered liquid to the machine tool where it can be used again.
The machine is equipped with an ejection pump , so the liquid can be expelled during the vacuuming operations, in this way using the vacuum is fast and efficient ("E" version) in the same time.
