The centralised vacuum cleaning technique
Your installation can be fixed or mobile, having as many suction points as required,
connected to a filter unit and vacuum pump which suit the size of the system, the number of points working at a given time and the type and quantity of dust to be recovered, keeping in mind the constant need for efficiency.
The CENTRAL NEUMATIC„_ JK8 is a packaged design. The filter unit incorporated can cope with a negative pressure as high as 3000 daPa and the installed pump having the capability to adapt itself to the number of working points
Also this unit is in full compliance with CE legislation and environmental regulations.
The CENTRALE NEUMATIC„_ JK8 cleaning system used on the filter is compressed air pulse type which allows the unit to be cleaned when operating.
It is not necessary to stop the system to clean the filter as it¡¦s automatically done when necessary.

Extraction and filtration units for dust:
The arising of hazardous materials in the form of coarse dust,fine dust and floating particles is often unavoidable in working processes. Extraction and filter units clean the air directly at the workplace. Thus, hazardous effects on employees as well as machines can safely be prevented. The filter cartridge units of ULT AG are equipped with automatic cleanable filter cartridges. The stationary extraction facility is used for a single-place and central extraction, according to the size. The large filter surfaces enable maximum filter stand life.

Suction Gun
The Suction Gun will effectively remove debris, swarf, fibres and liquids. Interchangeable nozzles make it extremely easy to use it over a long period of time. No maintenance is required.
Vac-Blast Cleaner
This ergonomic unit controls suction and air blow. It is ideal for removing virtually inaccessible particles and liquids from blind holes.

The oil water dust property Auger takes up liquids, dust property and even granulates. Both the permanent and the mini permanent mammal absorb liquids and evacuate at the same time up to a height of 6 m. The main operational area of the mammals covers the removal from contaminated fire fighting water, chemicals, oil and waste water to inundations, tempests, Rohrbrüchen or accidents. They are suitable also for the professional resounding or soil cleaning in the industry or with fire fighting water damage in private households. Additionally to the basic equipment also further accessories in addition are available.
With the mouthpieces contained in the accessories liquids can be sucked off by many different surfaces. The suction shovel for example is suitable particularly well for sucking off oil on small water surfaces. In order to be able to increase if necessary the radius of action, a further dust extraction hose is in the accessory kit. |
