Blue Giant model M-Mechanical Dock Levelers offer excellent value. To operate, pull the release chain. Blue Giant's heavy duty lift springs do the work. The rises and the lip is smoothly powered out of the locked position. Simply walk the deck down onto the truck bed and begin loading. On truck departure, the lip automatically releases and lowers allowing the unit to be returned to the cross traffic position.

Retractable Isothermal Dock Tunnel
The platform isothermal dock tunnel works in the same way as our KDR portals. They are designed to join together the warehouse and vehicle in the case of loading bays protruding from the building both with and without built-in platforms. While having the same front dimensions of the model KDR portal, its depth depends on the platform's protrusion. They also come in special models for corner loading bays or loading bays equipped with gangways hooked to the edge of the loading bay.
Set the vehicle immobility to perform loading or unloading operations.
After locking the wedge on the wheel, the key is freleased after pushing on the bar and can be transferred to another lock like a barrier or a safety curtain, a dock leveler, a valve, a pump...), thus ensuring that the driver is unable to leave the dock until the operation is finished.
To remove the truck shoe, trapped the key and pull the bar.
Two rollers allow easy placement and removal of the wedge.
A STOP sign is included with the wedge to inform the driver that it is in place.
The new APS-2000 is a superior, impact-style trailer restraint that was developed specifically to reduce the occurrence of certain types of accidents at the dock. The new APS-2000 combines an advanced communication system with a low-profile carriage. It also has an impact extension bar that accommodates a wide range of lower rear impact guards.
The Castell solution, Salvo links the articulated trailer to the loading bay door during the loading of goods. The Salvo forces the driver to immobilise the trailer prior to the opening of the bay door. If the trailer is not locked in place, loading cannot begin.

Salvo-Palm is used to lock off the emergency airline of European trailers. The fitment of Salvo-Palm ensures the trailer cannot be driven away from the loading bay unless a Castell coded key is inserted.
