CMC - Cold Mix Plant
The cold mix plants can be utilized for numerous purposes in processing of cold-mix foundations (CMF) with cement or CMF with asphalt granulates, cement and foam bitumen or for material mixes with Bentonit for sealing applications.
The road-mobile CMC plant is designed for tough job conditions and can be equipped with all actual cold mix technologies.

| Dynapac drew on its experience from the early days of modern cold planer construction to meet the latest requirements for the new Dynapac large planers. These machines are capable of removing asphalt and concrete across a profiling width of 2010/2100 mm at a maximum cutting depth of 320 mm. These sprayers have everything necessary for the transport of inflammable chemicals.
They are capable of spraying:
bitumens at a temperature of 150°C
bitumen emulsions at the temperature required
The storage capacity of the tank is: from 4.000 litres until 12.000 litres
The quality of the spread is ensured:
>> for the dosage - by a metering pump assisted by an electronic calculator
>> for the sideways distribution - by maintaining the temperature of the binder constant and by a spreayer bar that extends to 4 metres (with a coefficient of transverse variation of less than 5% checked on the Rampadhoc computerised test-bed) with adjustable height to obtain triple cover
The spray control post has undergone numerous innovations to make operating the machine easier.
For operating , each SIDONIE sprayer comes with a technical manual. The many drawings, diagrams and photos make this document a very valuable aid in resolving minor difficulties. |

The VEYMONT chipping spreader is a step forward in lorry-mounted chipping spreaders. The system solves the problem of accessing the aggregate when carrying out manual spreading activities.
The SECMAIR solution consists in optimising the operator gangway to minimise obstruction and in facilitating access to the container, which is located at the appropriate working height (the VEYMONT container).
The container enables the aggregate spreader to be loaded by opening trap doors and offers storage space for a shovel, sweeping brush and small tools.
To prevent the risk of operators being knocked down during reversing manoeuvres, the driver is informed that the VEYMONT container is open. A camera can be added as an extra safety precaution. |

The Dynapac 3-wheel Planer PL350S is offered with standard front wheel drive unit (optional all wheel drive). These planers have been developed for removing asphalt pavements up to a cutting depth of 100 mm at 350 mm cutting width. Due to the high manoeuvrability, the small planers are most flexible to use, even for cutting around man hole covers. For flash cutting along walls or curbs the right supporting wheel can easily be folded in. The small planer is even suitable to be used inside buildings.
Powerful, highly manoeuvrable, hydraulically powered planers designed for cutting widths of 500 to 1000 mm at a cutting depth range between 160 and 300 mm. All of these cold planers are offered with four wheel drive unit (PL500/16S as an option) and with anti spin control system. Equipped with a quick release rear loading system (PL500/16S optional) the medium sized planers have been developed for road maintenance jobs and other milling applications in asphalt or concrete.

The CHIPSEALER 61 is the product in-between the handle and autonomy. It is ergonomic, securing and esthetic in the same time.
Mechanically, it consists of :
A 3 axle straight truck;
A binder storage capacity from 3500 litres to 6000 litres (emulsion only or all binders);
The chippings are stored in an Amphore tipper from 4 to 6m3 capacity ;
The chipping spreader feds by 2 belt conveyors, works up to 3.10 m (possibility of a 4m spreading with the VINTRAP chipping spreader)
The binder spray bar and the chipping spreader, working up to 3.10 m or can be a telescopic one and spray up to 4.5meter (EXAGEVA spray bar).
When coupled to a trailer it can apply surfacings independently.
The informatization includes :
PLACIDE and GRAVIDOS ensure the control of execution conditions
LOOKRAX : It gives access to storage of the road surface quality before the surfacings are applied - initial photo;
