Application
Thanks to its especially treated finish, Neptune® is ideal for all the buildings requiring frequent operations of cleaning and disinfection.
Presentation
Neptune® is a stone wool ceiling faced with a very smooth and watertight surface especially treated to be easily disinfected and cleaned. The panel Neptune is reinforced on the back side by natural glass fibre professional mat and by the edges sealed by a painting.
Execution
The Neptune® panels should be installed in accordance with the regulations of the DTU 58.1 standards NFP 68203-1 & 2 and other DTU in force according to the nature of the buildings. The panels will have to be assembled on a framwork system with silicone joints and will have to be maintainedwith anti-lift clips. |

| As with 4" Studiofoam Wedges, 4" Studiofoam Pyramids are recommended for larger spaces, rooms with pronounced low frequency problems or where sonic accuracy is mandatory and stronger acoustic absorption is required. |

Elastomers have two major properties:
- they are practically incompressible;
- when subject to shear, they have a very low modulus which means that show small reactions for high amplitudes
The shear and compression properties of elastomers enable laminated assemblies to be used as conventional bearings specifications:
- immobilization and load bearing capacity in certains directions;
- capacity to move in directions perpendicular to the previous one. |

| To achieve free-field conditions within an acoustic test environment for the measurement of radiated sound power and directivity, the testing area must be free from reverberation, feedback and resonance throughout the audible frequency spectrum. pinta's SONEX Wedges, cut in a variety of sizes and shapes, are effective materials for use in anechoic and hemi-anechoic chambers. The acoustical wedges absorb the kinetic energy created by the sound waves. At the same time, the large surface formed by the wedges increases the total absorptive area to absorb even the long wavelengths of low frequency sound. |

The Alpha-DST Kit is designed primarily for rooms with a floor square footage of <100 ft/sq. The shortest room dimension should be 6-8 feet. Includes: (32) DST-112s; (32) DST 114s; (4) LENRD-DST Bass Traps; (3) TubeTak Pro Professional adhesive.
Fresh off the success of our best-selling Alpha 1 kit, Auralex introduces the sleek, new Alpha-DST Roominators Kit. Not only will the Alpha-DST take the guesswork out of acoustics, but it also improves the sound of everything you record! |

Application:
Thanks to his maximum acoustic performance (alphaw = 1), Atrium® reduces the sound level by decreasing the time of reverberation.
Description:
Atrium® is a suspended ceiling panel lined with a decorative
glass fibre tissue on the visible side and a natural glass fibre
tissue on the reverse side. Benefiting from the last technological headways of the stone wool, the Atrium® presents a maximal acoustic performance (alphaw = 1), a strengthened mechanical holding and a perfect perpetuity in the time.
Execution:
Atrium panels are installed on an easy to dismantle T15 or
T24 mm framework. They should be installed in accordance
with the stipulations of the NFP 68203-1 & 2. We recommend
providing air circulation between the room and the plenum in
order to balance out any temperature and pressure differences on either side of the ceiling. |

| Loosely coupling spaces is a design technique that was developed by Russ Berger to sculpt high quality live recording spaces out of rooms with otherwise small-some would say almost unusable-footprints. Berger has been using the technique for close to 20 years to create truly unique acoustical environments in his studio designs. |

Due to the application of reciprocating and screw compressors the discharge line mufflers reduce gas pulsations. But the mufflers do not prevent the transmission of mechanical noise or vibration.
The adjustable discharge line mufflers of the GDX range are
especially suitable for the following application:
• Screw compressor systems
• Capacity controlled compressors manufacturers
• Individual line arrangement
• Wide evaporating temperature ranges
(ref. mass flow, pressure ratio)
In respect of the adjustement at the inlet- and/or outlet side, a high efficient influence of pulsation reduction is reachable.

Types 9955-05-DX, 9955-11-DX,
9955-12-DX, 18/18-DX and ECSB-4
Balston Filter/Industrial silencers are remarkably efficient sound mufflers, far more efficient than the felts, pleated paper, sintered plastic and sintered metal products commonly used in other exhaust silencers. A sound attenuation efficiency test comparing a 9955-12-DX, 1/2" Filter/Silencer with a sintered polyethylene silencer is described below. This silencing efficiency test simulates the action of an air professional cylinder discharging rapidly to atmosphere. A length of 1/2" line between two supplier of ball valves is pressurised with air to a controlled pressure. The upstream cock is closed and then the downstream valve is opened rapidly to discharge the fixed volume of air under pressure to atmosphere. Noise levels were measured at a 0.75 metre distance, firstly with no silencer on the end of the line, secondly with the Balston Filter/Silencer and lastly with competitive silencer. |

SilventSIS-02
Silvent's new series of safety industrial silencers offers extremely effective noise reduction, compact size and a unique and patented warning system. The silencer's warning indicator gives early warning that backpressure in the system is too high. Maintenance personnel can both see and hear (by an elevated sound level) that it is time to replace the silencer before costly and unnecessary operation disturbance occurs. Since the warning indicator extends when it is pressed out, it is also possible to use electronic monitoring to stop the machine for silencer replacement. These safety silencers provide noise reduction of 30-35 dB(A). Silvent offers four different dimensions. Patented. |

Application:
Industrial and commercial premises requiring acoustic control panels which are resistant to humidity and noncombustible. A wide range of standard colours is available, chosen by specialist designers to give life to even the most functional of spaces.
Presentation:
A rigid self-supporting stone wool panel offering remarkable acoustic absorption capabilities. Acoustished® is faced with a white or coloured glass fibre tissue, the reverse being lined with a natural glass fibre tissue. The panels offer complete and permanent rigidity. |

| The best way to tighten up a room's sound and make it more soundproof in the process is to design it right, build it tight and make the partitions as dense as possible. That's where our specialized Mineral Fiber sound insulation comes in. It's WAY more dense than "the pink stuff" and is specifically designed for acoustical usage. It yields much better bass trapping, overall absorption, thermal characteristics, moisture absorption and sound transmission loss (isolation) than any other product we've found. |

Capella® 45 is a modular ceiling with high sound insulation of 45dB, thus making it possible to meet the high requirements of confidentiality of the conversations between two adjacent rooms with a suspended ceiling and a stall wall. Its frames 675 and 600mm and planks are adapted to every type of office.
Presentation
Capella® 45 is a complex of modular suspended ceiling consisting of a stone wool panel surfaced with white decorative tissue and a chamfered plasterboard of 13 mm. Capella® 45 is installed on a grid T24 mm.

The KEMPER sound insulating partitioning wall system can be built into any design combination due to different modular elements. The columns and struts consist of sectional steel, which is finished with UV-ray absorbend powder paint.
The sound insulating elements [1.000 x 1.000 x 50 mm] consist of perforated plates and a filling of compressed mineral wool which is non-flamable. Furthermore the mineral wool plates are laminated with black glass fibre fleece material.
Out of these components is is easy to construct complete brazing bays, in which exhaust arms could be mounted. The outside facing columns can be fitted with different mounting devices for curtains, welding strips, etc.
