CTI's OrbitalMouse® is a sealed (NEMA 4 / IP66), drift-free button style pointer molded in silicone rubber. The design and feel of the OrbitalMouse® make it more user friendly and durable than a touchpad, and more practical for use in industrial environments.
The switches have an LED for the drag function indicator option and are integrated into a PCB, making it more compact. The dimensions are 2.56 by 2.68 inches and require less than .40 inches behind the panel. Options include backlighting (OM2200-BX) in red or green, two or three mouse buttons, and various cable styles and lengths. Available interfaces are PS/2 or USB and do not require any special drivers or calibration.

This unit consists of a 50mm optical IP68 trackball with removable ball and adjustable tracking force, with self-draining and flush through options and with three IP67 rated push button switches.
The whole is mounted on a blackened AISI 316 stainless steel carrier plate and supplied with a silicone sponge sealing the unit onto the customers' panel.
The ball is removable, the optical trackballs' optical lenses are then accesible and can easily be cleaned or flushed with clear water. All liquids, whether during operation or while cleaning, can also be drained via the self-draining opening and tube.
The tracking force can be set from free running (for convenient cursor control) to high force (for “freezing” the cursor when not in use) by turning the knurled ring clockwise. This feature is an advantage for “unstable” operational conditions (naval, transport, mobile,…).
Above features make this trackball unit best suited for extreme dusty environments where cleaning and/or flush through with clear water is required for optimum functionality (f.i. agressive dust like cement dust, etc..) or for salty water environments (f.i. naval navigation etc…). The adjustable tracking force is another advantage for “unstable” working conditions like for instance in the naval navigation.
This trackballtype TSW50F5 is directly plug compatible to PS/2 or USB ports and is very easy to mount.

CTI’s OEM industrial trackball sub-assemblies are rugged input devices designed with a precision ground ball, protected by a formed Teflon® seal in an anodized aluminum collar, rolling on ground, hardened stainless steel shafts that are supported by aerospace grade (ABEC 7) shielded bearings. The encoder discs are micro-etched metal, and together with redundant photo-transistor electronics provide very high encoder counts. This eliminates sensitivity to LED aging, which is a typical cause of trackball failures in inferior designs. These industrial trackballs are ideally suited for use in harsh environments, military vehicles, aircraft, and medical instrumentation.

The PanelPro range of Trackball products is a high-precision family of pointing devices.
A self-adjusting seal around the ball affords the unit an IP65/NEMA 4 rating to limit the ingress of
beverage spillages fibres and other contaminants.
The stainless steel bezel has an additional protective coating to protect against porosity and
scratches.
A 3mm stainless steel shock transmission plate is optionally fitted to the underside of PanelProAV
products to give impact resistance up to 10Joules.
PanelPro and PanelProAV are the only pointing device families to combine all of the connection
formats (protocols) used in modern computer systems into a single unit. Units are capable of phase
quadrature, USB, PS/2, Microsoft, Sun and Mouse Systems formats. This allows a single unit to
operate with virtually any computer system.
Five buttons are available when using the extended functionality of USB and PS/2 formats. This
feature is fully supported by resident mouse drivers in Windows ME, 2000, XP and later. All buttons
may be configured for a number of different purposes when used with these drivers.

This panel mount trackball provides smooth, accurate and responsive cursor control in wet, dirty or aggressive environments. The trackball’s electronics are sealed against the ingress of fluids and dust to IP 54 specification. The robust chassis is designed to provide secure under-panel fixing for maximum resistance to hard use, abuse and vandalism.. Three click keys can be connected directly to the trackball’s on board encoding electronics via a male, square pin, 2.5mm pitch connector. Output to the host system’s PS2 or USB port is via a similar ‘on board’ connector. The Trackball detects and automatically configures to provide either PS2 or USB connectivity.

Memory Card Explorer ("MCE" & "MCE/NT") is a graphical Windows software package which provides direct access to the data stored in flash, SRAM and ATA PCMCIA memory PC Cards. It allows the binary "image" of the card data to be saved to or loaded from the hard disk drive in simple and fast operations. Data between any two address blocks can be copied and edited.
The format of the data on the card is unimportant - it could be a TFFS style format, or it could be a proprietary format written by a logger or portable instrument, or it could contain a mixture of formats. In all cases MCE can access the data. Also included is a card viewer that allows direct hex display of the data on the card.

The cartridges and the toner for the computing printers constitute a tipologia of refusal that, for the variety of materials of which plastic, metals, rubber) and the residual ones of chemical members are composed ((inks and toner), cover characteristic details of dangerousness. However, the cartridges inkjet and the toner for laser printers can be under way to procedures of recovery and reconstruction that, by means of the opportune substitution of the usurate parts and I reintegro of necessary the chemical members to the printing (inks and toner), concur to carry out ulterior cycles of I use. Thus making, from the side user a remarkable saving is obtained on the cost of supplying of the new cartridges (from a 25% till a 40% of the price), while from the point of view of the protection it acclimatizes is avoided them to introduce in the ecosystem an amount cospicua of biodegradable and insufficient rather polluting agents.
