Toshiba Storage Device Division introduces the 200GB 2.5-inch HDD, MK2035GSS. This drive is based on Perpendicular Magnetic Recording technology and has a capacity of 200 GB of data, the largest capacity of its class, using only 2 platters.
The MK2035GSS is currently the only 200 GB Professional hard disk drive available on the market with a height of only 9.5 mm. It weights only 98 grams and features lower power consumption compared to the traditional 3.5-inch HDDs.
