19 " Rack for Data and ICT
We have designed a smart range of 19 " rack enclosures, especially for telecommunications and data applications. We supply a completely finished and mounted enclosure to save assembly costs, all the doors can be dismounted and the main door has a rotating handle. Our wide range of manufacturing possibilities offers customised design as standard, available from 21 U to 48U or even more. The enclosure design is fully ventilated in the upper part and can even house fans inside to force ventilation within the enclosure towards the outside, conserving the electronic components inside the enclosure in perfect condition.
Given the multitude of solutions we can offer for this type of enclosure, we can easily adapt to our customers' requirements and make any proposed solution viable.

Double Hinge Boxes (CR)
- Swinging frames with solid rotation hinges are manufactured from sheet steel and offer outstanding strength and versatility. The rotation direction is reversible (left-right) and the opening angle varies according to cabinet width.
- Fixed frames are applied directly on the cabinet framework. Only for cabinet with 600 width.
- CR Box (Double Hinge)
CR Boxes have two sections. The central section is used for mounting 19" components whilst the rear section with mounting plate, can be used for assembling standard components. The front with silk-screened security glass offers excellent visibility and aesthetic. Door can be mounted left or right.

The wall-mounted 3-part NT Box was specially
developed for small networks, sub-distributors
and fl oor distributors.
The major practical problem of accessibility is
solved by the fact that the door can be very
quickly removed once opened, allowing the side
panels of the centre section to be slid out forwards.
In addition, the entire centre of the box can
be swung out to one side.
This way, the housing is easily accessible from
all four sides and allows all components to be
installed easily.
To change the doors from left to right-hand
opening, simply lift out the hinge pin and replace
them in the fi xings provided.
