JOFRACAL calibration software ensures easy calibration of RTD´s, thermocouples, transmitters, thermo-swithes, pressure gauges and pressure switches.
JOFRACAL software provides an entirely automatic calibration of sensors and a semi-automatic calibration of the complete process loop by means of a PC. The software handles the comparison between the process readout value and the reference value; a measurement typically required within ISO9000, GMP, or HACCP systems. Additionally, this evaluation may be performed on-site without electrical interruption of the loop.
A variety of screens presents the user with information in an easy-to-read format. This provides the technician with an optimal overview to allow for setting up calibration procedures and performing calibrations. Furthermore, JOFRACAL also includes facilities for generating and printing of detailed certificates.

FastCalXP Gauge and Transmitter Calibration Software
FastCalXP software also utilizes Hart signals.
What has been unique about Crystal’s FastCalXP software is the speed and ease of use. Setting up the software and starting to calibrate pressure gauges or transmitters has never been faster or simpler. Traditionally, when calibrating mechanical pressure gauges, a person applies a fixed pressure and then tries to estimate the position of the needle on the gauge.
With FastCalXP, pressure is applied until the needle is on the desired point (using the GaugeCalXP Pressure Comparator) and then the actual applied pressure from the reference gauge is recorded digitally and automatically. This eliminates typing and transcription errors and is 7 to 10 times faster than using a deadweight tester. In less than three minutes, you can do a 10 point up and down calibration, including printing out a calibration certificate.
FastCalXP records the applied pressure, milliamp output, and/or the HART signal (if available) from the transmitter, all automatically. FastCalXP cuts down pressure transmitter calibration time down to just a few minutes.

Hydro-Com Software for Sensor Calibration and Configuration
Allows the Hydronix range of moisture sensors to be easily configured by the user using a PC. The software may also be used for diagnostic purposes and upgrading sensor firmware.
A unique advantage of Hydronix sensors is the identical setup and configuration of each sensor when it leaves our factory. This means that is quick and easy to calibrate multiple sensors (or a replacement sensor) using Hydro-Com over an RS485 network or simply with a PC and USB or Ethernet connection. The sensor is simply connected to either our USB Sensor Interface Module, an Ethernet Adapter or an RS232 Adapter. This is then connected to a laptop allowing configuration, calibration, diagnostics and upgrades to be easily completed.
Hydro-Com can also be used to backup and restore sensor settings and to create a database of material calibrations for use with the sensor.
By installing the software onto a PC most of the configuration settings, flexibility and functionality of Hydronix sensors can be demonstrated without the need to connect to a sensor. Hydro-Com can be downloaded free of charge from our software page in the Downloads section. We would also recommend that you download the User Guide at the same time. The user guide is available in many languages and provides information about the software as well as broader information regarding moisture measurement and calibration.
Hydro-Com is designed to run on PC compatible machines running Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 2007. For customers operating with Windows 98SE/ME this can still be supported using an older version of Hydro-Com.

In the era of computerization, the user friendliness and the usability of the computer is very common aspect in the industry. In order to use the benefit and power of the PC, Libratherm offers standard, customized and dedicated computer programs or the software which runs on the window based operating platform in connection with the various Libratherm make temperature and process controllers, programmers and Data loggers to monitor the online process behaviour. Though, various industrial well known SCADA software package also do the job of PC interfacing, we still prefer to offer our own dedicated DAS software for the reason of our ability of customization, low cost and modification of the required hardware to meet the end users applications - when compared to the SCADA package. The various microprocessor based instruments are interfaced with the PC on RS232 serial port or RS485 bus having MODBUS RTU or ASCII protocol.
DATALOG16 software – designed to interface with our DATALOG-16, monitors and displays the process value of all 16 channels – which are updated every 1 second. Facility to view the real time line graph of the process values, where user can select or deselect the channel, can zoom in or zoom out with auto scaling of x or y co-ordinates, the data base is created in back ground which can also be seen in the tabular format with real time and date. The records can
