JOFRACAL calibration software ensures easy calibration of RTD´s, industrial thermocouples, industrial transmitters, thermo-swithes, suppliers of pressure gauges and pressure gages.
JOFRACAL software provides an entirely automatic calibration of sensors and a semi-automatic calibration of the complete process loop by means of a PC. The software handles the comparison between the process readout value and the reference value; a measurement typically required within ISO9000, GMP, or HACCP systems. Additionally, this evaluation may be performed on-site without electrical interruption of the loop.
A variety of screens presents the user with information in an easy-to-read format. This provides the technician with an optimal overview to allow for setting up calibration procedures and performing calibrations. Independent of the selected measurement hardware the sound level module (sound level metering) calibrates according to DIN IEC 60 651 & DIN IEC 60 804 when used with DASYLab. The commonly used weighting professional filters S, F, I, Leq, A, B, and C and a 10 kHz high pass filter is available so even with a sound card measurements can be made which conform to the standard.
The level values measured with the sound meter can now passed over to the sound pressure meter in multi channel form. After applying the envelope method the sound pressure values can be output online (i.e. Lw(A)).

The Paragon testing and measurement program is part of the Paragon test and measurement system developed by Turbine Metrology LLC. Its purpose is to acquire external roundness and flatness data from a test fixture consisting of rotating test table, and one or more highly sensitive positional indicators ("gauge head").
The part to be measured is centred on the table and rotated to a pre-defined reference point. The gauge head(s) are then adjusted to value previously calibrated as a zero reference points. While the part is under test and the table is rotating, the gauge heads track the small variance in the part being tested and return values to the suppliers of data acquisition system corresponding to these changes.
When the test is completed, the data is used to calculate the results of the test based upon the pre-defined tolerances of the part being tested. The data can be plotted and the results can be displayed. When the test is complete, the data can be saved for future examination, for a permanent record of the test for a particular part. |
