SKF Dual Laser Infrared Thermometer TMTL 2400K
The SKF Dual Laser Infrared Thermometer TMTL 2400K can be used as both a contact and non-contact thermometer. The object’s temperature can be measured using the infrared detector or a probe.
Lightweight and compact, the TMTL 2400K can safely measure the temperature of hot, hazardous or hard-to-reach objects without contaminating or damaging the object’s surface. The optics of the TMTL 2400K sense emitted, reflected and transmitted energy, which is collected and focused onto a detector. The TMTL 2400K’s electronics translate the collected information into a temperature reading, which is displayed in °C or °F. The built-in dual-laser feature and spot ratio of 50:1 helps enable exact pinpointing of the temperatue measurement area.
The TMTL 2400K enables contact temperature measurement and allows the emissivity to be user selected. This allows the contact temperature measurement to be easily compared with the infrared measurement in order to find and adjust the thermometer emissivity for accurate infrared measurement of the same measured object.

For the first time, surface temperatures with smallest diameters can be measured accurately at short and long distances. The switchable optics for far-field and close focus measurement make this possible. Measurements in the far-field are made with an optical resolution of 75:1. Surface temperatures can thus be measured accurately even at greater distances from the object to be measured. At a distance of 1.2 metres from the object, the measurement point diameter is only 16 mm. A cross laser marks the measurement point exactly. CA876 Infrared Thermometers
The Infrared Thermometer Model CA876 is a non-contact infrared temperature measuring instrument. It includes a 3 1/2 digit backlit LCD, auto-hold function and auto power off (15 seconds). The MEAS button is used to extend the battery life by automatically stopping measurement temperature and holding the display reading.
The Model CA876 features a laser guide for precise measurements. It also includes a K-type thermocouple input for taking temperature measurements. The Model CA876 offers MIN and MAX recording features, which allow the operator to view the minimum and maximum values recorded during the test; an alarm feature with a specified Lo value or a specified Hi value to be programmed, causing the instrument to emit a tone if the measured value falls outside the parameters; and adjustable emissivity from 0.1 to 1.00.
