The C-LEVER® II by REMBE® sets the benchmarks in the field of industrial flow metering.
Its unique technique achieves an excellent accuracy of ± 0,25 % of the volumetric range for nearly all flowing bulk and solids.
The accuracy of the C-LEVER® II is almost independent from product, its density, form, friction and elasticity. Severe changes of flow and/or pulsations caused by rotary valves or screw feeders do not influence the accuracy.
Compared to conventional measuring systems - based on volume, speed or weight - the REMBE® system measures the product flow inline.
The C-LEVER® II is made without any mechanical moved parts (actuators, pivot bearings, belts). As a resulting from this no post calibration is required. All electronical components are mounted outside of the product flow.

Equipped with the newest microwave technology, our solid flow meter MF 3000 is designed for flow measurement in metallic pipes from a few kg/h to many t/h. The system is suitable for on-line measurements of powders, dust, pellets, and granular from 1 nm up to 2 cm in pneumatic or free fall condition. Installation is simple and cost effective via a welded base, through which the sensor is screwed flush with the inside of the pipe.

The Working Principle
Bulk material supplied from above passes a constant-
speed impeller wheel driven by a three-phase current
motor, diverting the material radially. The tangential
Coriolis force acting on the wheel blades causes drive
torque changes in proportion to the flow rate sensed by
a load cell. Based on torque and speed, the Congrav®
microcomputer computes the current flow rate, which is
both displayed and issued as a signal for recording or
control of a variable-speed upstream feeder (e.g.
screw feeder, rotary valve).
The Advantages
Ingredient characteristics
or height of fall do not
affect accuracy
Models
CDW 150: max. rate 40 m³/hr
CDW 250: max. rate 100 m³/hr
CDW 350: max. rate 160 m³/hr

Fuel flow meter DFM is a simple and easy-to-use fuel flow meter with electronic counter designed for measuring fuel consumption and engine operating time of vehicles, tractors, any mobile or fixed installations with diesel engines.
All readings are shown on the electronic display of the meter. Switching of indications is made by special contactless key.
There exist two modifications of fuel flow meter DFM: MT - monitoring of fuel consumption and engine operating time, T - monitoring of fuel consumption.
Fuel flow meter DFM is protected from overstatement of readings and intervention. Even if you try to blow the meter by air the fact of intervention will be registered.
Fuel flow meter DFM contains the following counters (* this counter is accessible only in MT version):
- Total fuel consumption counter, l
- Instant fuel consumption, l/h
- Total engine operating time counter, h *
- Engine operating time in “idling” mode counter, h *
- Engine operating time in “optimal” mode counter, h *
- Engine operating time in “overload” mode counter, h *
Advantages of fuel flow meter DFM:
- Monitoring of fuel consumption and engine operating time (MT version)
- Moderate price
- Strong metal molded case
- Built-in fuel filter
- Electronic correction of measurement inaccuracy in all flow range
- Ease of mounting and service
- Protection from overstatement of readings and intervention
- Measurement inaccuracy is no more than 1%
- Flow range (DFM-5 - 2...80 l/h, DFM-7 - 5...200 l/h)
- Temperature range -45...+60 ºС
- Separate account on engine behaviors
- Reliable electronic display
- Certificate of conformity (CE)

There are two methods for the safe installation of flowmeters in hazardous areas. Either the electronics must be housed in heavy flame-proof enclosure with expensive armoured cable connections (Eexd/Flameproof) or the electronics can be intrinsically safe (IS). The preferable approach is that the flowmeter is intrinsically safe and is not capable of igniting volatile gases. A normal low-cost, non-armoured cable is used to connect the flow-meter to the safe environment where isolator barrier devices are installed. These devices limit the energy passing to the IS transmitter electronics.
