Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flowmeter with DSP Technology
The MUL-310 is a "Time of flight" type Ultrasonic Flowmeter for liquids. Since the ultrasonic receiver required for the flow measurement is installed by the clamp-on system on the exterior of the pipe, it does not contact the measuring fluid at all, and also there are no concerns about particle generation or contamination of metallic ions in the fluid as it is truly non-invasive. It is suitable for the flow rate measurement of pure water and ultra pure water for the semiconductor industry. The resistance to bubble interference in the signal has been sharply improved by the new signal process method "DSP"(Digital Signal Processor). If bubbles are contained in the fluid, the transmission of the ultrasonic signal is impeded and signal recognition becomes difficult resulting in a loss of signal. Digital Signal Processing technology has been adopted for MUL-310, and even if the bubbles are contained in the fluid, the stable measurement of signal can be achieved. This product does not have limitations in terms of volume of bubbles by air volume being less than 10%. (It is not possible to recognize the signal in case of fluid streams with excessive bubbles)

Portable ultrasonic flowmeter FLUXUS F601 is ideal for troubleshooting, plant optimisation and for control of permanent meters.
Features
* Wide application range thanks to the ability of the transmitter to work with shear wave AND lamb wave transducers at all frequencies
* A single pair of shear wave transducers fits a wide pipe diameter range
* Rapid installation without process interruption
* Bi-directional measurement
* High measurement dynamics
The FLUXUS ® G ultrasonic flowmeters use the proven "clamp-on" technology. The flow transducers are simply clamped onto the outside of the pipe. The measurement can hence be put into operation without cutting into the pipe and without production stop. The installation costs are low, retrofitting is not a problem.
Since the transducers are not in contact with the gas, there is no possibility of chemical attack. There are no moving mechanical or pressure loaded parts and thus no wear an tear. FLUXUS G is ideal for measurements at high pressures or on lines with pressure peaks.
Two transducer types for a uniquely wide application range
All FLUXUS® G transmitters support both lamb wave and shear wave transducers at all transducer frequencies. In this way the measuring system can be optimized to even the most demanding applications.
The Lamb wave transducers are ideal for measurement at high flow velocities, in natural gas pipelines for example, or at low pressures, amongst others in compressed air circuits. The shear wave transducers cover a wide range of pipe diameters and wall thicknesses. They are the best choice for mobile measurement or for high pressure systems.

The FLUXUS F601 is a portable ultrasonic flowmeter. With its clamp-on transducers and its rechargeable battery, it is an ideal tool for service work.
The clamp-on flow transducers are simply mounted onto the pipe from the outside. Measurement is therefore non-invasive, and no process interruption is necessary for the installation. The transducers are not in direct contact with the medium to be measured and thus in no way submitted to pressure and wear and tear.
All transducer pairs are factory calibrated. All calibration data (including the transducer identification and parameters) is stored permanently in the transducers and is transferred to the transmitter automatically upon connection. This facilitates operation and a zeroing procedure is not necessary.
The user interface is adapted to the detected transducers. The instruments simply asks in a logical sequence for the pipe and medium parameters. The physical properties of a large number of pipe materials and media are stored in an internal data base. The status display enables even the inexperienced user to judge online the quality and precision of the measurement.

Fuji
Fuji PortaflowX and TimeDelta are multi-use flowmeters for liquid media. Particular advantage: The clamp-on mounting of the ultrasonic sensors, so that any cutting of the pipe is unnecessary and pressure loss can be avoided. The clamp-on measurement is available either as a portable, battery run version, or as a non-withdrawable type. The handling of the PortaflowX is very simple. The user interface of the big graphical display is compatible to the Windows system, so that even inexperienced users can handle it without problems. The PortaflowX speaks four languages fluently and can be delivered optionally with an integrated printer, that can be used either for printing parameters or as a line recorder.
The TimeDelta can convince as well by its easy handling, its enlarged options for diagnosis and analysis and its particular measurement stability, even under difficult conditions. Due to the highly efficient 32bit technology and modern DSP-technique, PortaflowX and TimeDelta can be run under operating conditions, that until now have been considered as impossible for the clamp-on ultrasonic measurement.
