All our ponts-bascules is designed according to the principle of marking THIS factory patented Arpège Master K which avoids an expensive calibration on site.
In factory, we mount, cable and fix the sensors of weight (or balances) on their frame and carry out the calibration of the measuring equipment and its marking EC.
We block then the sensors for transport and on arrival among customers, ponts-bascules is discharged, assembled, the freed sensors and in less than four hours our ponts-bascules is ready with the use in commercial transaction.

HI 4050 Weight Controller
This weight controller / weight indicator acts as a front end to a PLC, PC or DCS system for most weighing applications, or as a stand-alone for simple control or weight monitoring.
Modularity – Configure the HI 4050 weight controller to suit your applications:
- Specify it with or without a display
- Choose either AC or DC power
- Add some Digital I/O
- Select a communication network: Analog, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, Allen-Bradley Remote I/O, Profibus, or Modbus TCP/IP
- Choose between a panel/remote mount and a DIN rail mount. With a display, you choose either to panel mount the entire assembly, or to mount the controller housing assembly remotely.
Ease of Installation: Installation is easy, with no special tools or expertise required. Just drill five to nine standard holes in your panel, and attach the front panel keyboard display. There is no rectangular cutout required. The controller housing can be attached to the rear of the panel or remotely up to 100 feet away to a DIN rail. Need to replace an HI 2151/30WC or HI 2110WI? Just drill four holes and plug the HI 4050 controller in.

The ProDec floor scale was designed as a low profile, economical scale for use in many environments. The stainless steel version can take the high pressure wash downs and highly corrosive environments in many industrial settings. Capacities from 2,000 to 20,000 lbs and sizes from 30" x 30" to 96" x 72" available.
Low profile design
The low profile design helps relieve the back strain of repetitive weighing. The scale height is only 3.31 inches on models of 5,000 lb or less, 4.06 inches on 10,000 lb models and 5 inches on 20,000 lb models. This allows for easy-on and easy-off manipulation of carts.
Built to last
Steel support channels welded under the top plate add superior strength and keep decks from warping and bending.
Safety tread deck
The top plate on the deck and ramp surfaces is a safety tread pattern. This non-slip pattern reduces the risk of injuries.

FEATURES
The A200E is a weight amplifier indicator based on a microcontroller. All the operations of configuration and weight calibration are done by front keyboard. The instrument is equipped with a main display to show weight and an auxiliary display to show the operator guide messages. The base version foresees three digital inputs, three digital outputs and two serial line outputs, a primary bi-directional line and an auxiliary one with transmission only.
The primary is available in RS232 or in RS485 mode to operate in multidrop network. ADOS has implemented as standard both the logic protocol MODBUS and PROFIBUS-DP by the gateway IPBUS1 (option). Options allow to expand the number of digital outputs from three to eleven ( S and D versions) and with options V or A it is possible to have an analog optoisolated output configured for 0-10 V or 4-20 mA. The A200E is equipped with a real time clock that allows to include date and time on printing reports. According to several applications, ADOS supply software versions for multicomponents batching and /or complex weighing process systems.
