The only way to know your industrial batteries will perform to specification is to test them regularly. SBS's battery capacity testers enable you to test your wet or sealed batteries in a variety of ways and at three voltages. Load bank test 24V, 48V, or 120V DC systems with currents up to 171 amps. A built-in digital meter lets you read volts, amps, amp-hours, and elapsed time without having to hook up a separate meter. The display is accurate to 1% of full scale at the rated voltages. The unit also offers continuous operation, so there's no cool down needed after or between tests. Use the master load control switch to instantly apply or remove loads.

Our capacitance bridge performs measurements in conditions that are beyond the scope of most conventional Capacitance Bridges, by the use of a well proven transformer ratio-arm design. Test sites such as high voltage switch yards, transformer stations, and production areas with a high presence of electrostatic interference do not have adverse effects on this instrument. Measurements on three or four terminal devices can be done without calculation by the use of the GUARD system. This low voltage test set is designed to test electrical insulation qualities in the laboratory, substation or maintenance shop, without the dangers associated with using a high voltage test set.

IMP57 is a fundamental accessory for verifier and engineer to perform, connected with GSC5x, SIRIUS 89, Macrotest 5035, Genius 5080E or Combitest 2019, the Loop/Line impedance and the prospective short circuit current evaluation on a distribution circuit. The high value of test current generated (max 200A) allows quick and accurate measurement (0,1mOhm resolution) also close to power transformer. IMP57 consists in a practical and strong plastic suitcase, it haven't any display and can be connected by RS-232 to the above meters (called Master) to read the measurement results. With 4-wire measurement method the results aren't affected by test leads and it's no necessary perform any preliminary calibration.

‘AG’ Series sensors from NK Technologies protect people, products and processes from ground faults by monitoring all current-carrying wires in grounded single or 3-phase systems.
Operating Principle: Under normal conditions, the current in the hot leg of a two-wire load is equal in strength but opposite in sign to the current in the neutral leg. These two currents create magnetic fields that are also equal but opposite. When conditions are normal, the fields cancel, producing a "Zero Sum Current". If any current leaks to ground from one wire (Ground Fault), the two currents become imbalanced and the result is a net magnetic flux or field. AG Series ground fault sensors monitor this field and alarm when leakage rises above setpoint. This concept applies to grounded 3-phase delta and wye systems.

Applications
The instrument has been designed for quick identification of ground connection in overhead high voltage line system. 3731 Clamp-On Ground Resistance Testers
The Clamp-on Ground Resistance Tester Model 3731 measures ground rod and small grid resistance through any season, without the use of auxiliary ground rods.

Clamp-on Ground Resistance Testers are used in multi-grounded systems without disconnecting the ground under test. The Model 3731 simply clamps around the ground conductor or rod and measures the resistance to ground. By performing measurements on intact ground systems, the user also verifies the quality of the grounding connections and bonds. Resistance and continuity of grounding loops around pads and buildings may also be measured.
The Model 3731 also provides alarm and memory functions.

Ground resistance measurement involves factors that are not encountered during ordinary resistance measurement, such as polarization of the earth, the influence of grounding current due to leak current and grounding voltage, and the influence of auxiliary grounding resistance. The 3151 is able to make more accurate measurements more safely under difficult conditions because it uses the alternating current potentiometer method to provide measurement accuracy, and because it contains features such as an auxiliary grounding resistance check feature and measurement frequency switching.
