| The S4100T Intelligent Sensor is a highly reliable, self-contained, microprocessor-controlled hydrogen sulphide professional transmitter with integral 3 digit readout. It is designed to measure and display concentrations of H2S in the 0-20 ppm, 0-50 ppm or 0-100 ppm range, but will continue to display concentrations up to 120% FSD. The sensing element may be incorporated in the transmitter housing or remotely mounted at distances of 600 meters. The sensor employs thin film metal oxide semiconductor (TFMOS) technology as the measuring principle. |
|
SIMTRONICS “TT63ES” detector is a semi-conductor sensor type with a very low cross sensitivity to other gas.
The basic principle is the resistance variation of a tin oxide semi-conductor. The inflammable gas reacts with the oxygen absorbed at the surface of the semi-conductor, and causes the electric resistance to decrease. The nature of the semi-conductor, its doping and its service temperature contribute to better detectivity of certain gases.
When other semiconductor on the market need to smell gas every week to avoid the sensor to fall asleep, the SIMTRONICSsemiconductor sensor only needs a six-month or one year calibration test.
Modern electronics provides high performance for humidity and temperature rate compensation and long term stability. The circuits ensuring the supply to the sensor, the professional amplifier and the interface are grouped in the flameproof enclosure onto which the detection probe is secured. |

TGS821 Semiconductor type
Figaro semiconductor type sensor TGS821 has high sensitivity to low concentrations of hydrogen. Even at 100ppm of hydrogen, the sensor can detect the target gas with good repeatability and long term stability. Figaro's unique sensor technology makes this sensor highly selective to hydrogen. TGS821 utilizes a durable ceramic housing that makes it ideal for industrial applications which involve transformer maintenance or usage of professional batteries. This sensor is also appropriate for checking gas leakage within a supplier of fuel cell system.
TGS6812 Catalytic type
Figaro's catalytic type sensor TGS6812 can detect levels of hydrogen up to 100%LEL. This sensor features high accuracy, good durability and stability, quick response, and linear output. This sensor can detect not only hydrogen but also methane and LP gas, making it an excellent solution for monitoring gas leakage from stationary fuel cell systems which use hydrogen that is transformed by combustible gases. Due to an adsorbent inside its sensor cap, the cross sensitivity of TGS6812 to alcohol is much smaller than can be found in traditional catalytic type sensors. In addition, TGS6812 is more durable against silicone compounds than the traditional catalytic type sensors. |

Fault-proof measurement of oxygen
J. Dittrich Elektronic's oxygen industrial measuring systems determine the oxygen content in gas mixtures, monitor their own function during operation, signal malfunctions in the hardware and sensor, can be calibrated without personnel or reference gas in atmospheric air and, hence, are fault-proof.
A second o2 sensor is not necessary!
The oxygen measuring system MF010-O is the first such system to obtain positive certification of its fault-proofness from the Technical Inspectorate of Southern Germany (TÜV). |
