The Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitter Series HMT330 was developed for demanding industrial applications where stable measurement and wide customization possibilities are important.
As a totally new feature in this product class, the HMT330 has a large numerical and graphical display with multilingual user interface. It allows the user to easily monitor measurement trends with 1-year history.
Vaisala HUMICAP® products have been the market leaders in industrial and meteorological humidity measurements for over a decade.
The new HMT330 series consists of six models covering the full humidity measurement range from 0 to 100 %RH. The temperature ranges are between –70 and +180 °C, and pressure ranges between 0 and 100 bar, depending on the model. In very humid or chemically harsh conditions, Vaisala's unique warmed probe and chemical purge features help to maintain measurement reliability.
The HMT330 can output multiple humidity parameters, and the outputs available include three analog outputs, serial interfaces, and alarm relays. A choice of mains or DC power and several optional mounting accessories make it easy to install the instrument.

The Ascon’s “H” series includes three humidity transmitters designed to meet the requirements of the HVAC and storerooms applications from the simple ones to the more sophisticated ones.
All transmitters feature a highly accurate capacitive sensor integrated in a silicon microchip. This new technology allows for accurate process measurements, is extremely reliable and offers excellent long-term stability. The sensor is very durable and moisture resistant. For easy and fast replacement the sensor is built into the “Humi-Chip” module, no re-calibration is required. Three types of interchangeable and replaceable filters can be selected depending upon the application, for clean or dusty or aggressive chemicals environments. H1, the simpler model, includes one humidity output and one temperature output. On the other models three outputs are available and configurable for relative humidity, dew point, temperature, temperature and dew point temperature difference. Available output signals are 0/4...20mA 2 wire, 0…1V, 0…5V or 0...10V.
The H3 and H5 models include: configurable alarms with relay output, real time clock and RS485 Modbus RTU for serial communications and configuration. Gateways for Ethernet, PROFIBUS, DeviceNet and CANopen connections are available.
The “H5” model includes alarm events memorization and data logging of the main measurements. For further operator ease of use, on all the models, the relative humidity values can be displayed on the optional integrated LCD display. Housings are IP66 for wall or duct mounting; remote sensor model is also available. |

Minco models AH71, AH72, and AH73 are 2-wire temperature compensated humidity transmitters that are FM and CFM approved for use in hazardous locations. Intrinsically safe models are available with an optional temperature transmitter output. The AH73 is also available with an optional digital display for remote indication of relative humidity and temperature.
The transmitters utilize a thin film capacitive humidity sensor which provides outstanding sensitivity and chemical robustness. The transmitter converts the humidity sensor’s signal into a 4 to 20 mA DC current, which changes proportionally from 4 mA at 0% RH to 20 mA at 100% RH. The optional temperature loop produces a second 4 to 20 mA DC output where the current changes from 4 mA at the lowest temperature of the range, to 20 mA at the top of the temperature range. The leads that supply power also carry the current signal.
- Accuracy of ±2.5% RH
- Temperature compensated
- Temperature output option
- One-point field calibration
- NIST traceable calibrations

Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitter Series HMT360
The HMT360 transmitter can be installed directly into an explosive area, even those classified as having a constant risk of explosion (Zone 0 / Division 1). The HMT360 complies with strict classifications from FM (USA), PTB (CENELEC, Europe), CSA (Canada), TestSafe (Australia) and TIIS (Japan).
Five models are available for a variety of applications:
• HMT361 for wall mounting
• HMT363 for confined spaces
• HMT364 for high pressures (up to 100 bar/1450 psig) or vacuum
• HMT365 for high temperatures (up to +180 ºC / 356 °F)
• HMT368 for pressurized pipelines as high as 40 bar (580 psig)
The transmitters measure relative humidity between 0...100 %RH. As calculated variables they also output dewpoint and wet bulb temperature, mixing ratio and absolute humidity. The structure of the transmitter is modular: the interchangeable probes are easy to remove and calibrate.

The HMP228 is a fast, reliable and accurate on-line detection system for water in oil.
Moisture measurements from lubrication oil can significantly cut maintenance costs and prolong machine lifetime. The HMP228 measures water activity and temperature from oil. In connection with oil, water activity measurement offers several advantages compared to the traditionally measured variable, parts per million (ppm). Water activity indicates directly whether there is risk for free water formation. The measurement is independent of the type, aging or temperature of the oil.
