FCI liquid level/interface switches feature Thermal Dispersion technology in which the temperature difference between the two RTDs is greatest in the absence of liquid and decreases when the level element is submerged, cooling the heated RTD. An electronic control circuit converts the RTD temperature difference into a DC voltage signal. Both signals are provided at output terminals to drive two adjustable-setpoint alarm circuits. Both alarms are independently field configurable for liquid level, interface or temperature operation. Since all process media exhibit different heat transfer capabilities, highly sensitive FCI liquid level/interface controllers may be specifically calibrated to detect difficult interfaces between fluids -- including liquids, gases, slurries and foam regardless of their physical properties.

The single unit or multiple reed switch units arehoused tightly in stainless steel or engineeringplastic stem, and the permanent magnetic issealed into the middle of the specified float ball(s). You can mount the float ball to penetrating through the stem, then the liquid buoyancy will deliver the float ball up and down at the specified position by graduating rings.
When the float internal magnet approaches the reed switch, it will actuate the reed switch contact point to create an open or close circuit. We can apply such on-off output signals to reach liquid level controlling and monitoring purpose.
The figures below show the float orientations on N.O. (Normal Open) and N.C. (Normal Close).

Aurora® is the next generation of Magnetic Level Indicators. Its patented design is state of the art in this technology and reflects Magnetrol's subsidiary Orion Instrument’s innovation and commitment to magnetically coupled level indicators.
Aurora is a totally redundant system of continuous level monitoring and control. An Eclipse® guided wave radar coaxial probe is housed along with the MLI float in a 3" or 4" diameter chamber. While the indicator relies upon the float and its internal magnets to activate the flags or shuttle, the Eclipse measures the liquid level directly. Two completely separate technologies in a single external chamber ensure redundancy unlike any other MLI. The use of a baffle plate within the chamber ensures that the float and eclipse coaxial probe work seamlessly within the single chamber.
There are six basic configuration styles and over fifteen material selections for Aurora. For the first time ever, the ability to accurately and reliably measure ultra low dielectric media, high pressure/high temperature process conditions, and media with shifting and changing
dielectric values can be accomplished with Aurora.

The Atlas™ is Magnetrol’s subsidiary Orion Instrument’s standard, high performance magnetic level indicator. Atlas is a single chamber design with either 2", 2.5", or 3" chamber diameter, as required by the application. There are twelve basic configuration styles including top mount models. Special configurations are also available.
Atlas magnetic level indicators are produced in a wide range of materials of construction, including plastics. Orion also offers one of the most complete selections of process connection types and sizes in the industry.

EG series Magnetostrictive Level transmitter was created from the principle of magnetic field strength of two different directions thus sending out a signal to determine the exact level of the medium. Therefore even if there should be a power failure and reconnection is needed, it will not affect the previous setting so there is no reconfiguration involved. Moreover there is no contact of the sensing element which is internally in the stem itself, so even if during repeat operation, there will be no damage done to the sensing element that might caused due to wear and tear.
As Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter signal output was direct, therefore additional installation of output interface was not needed thus any transfer interface. As the resolution was very accurate and reliable, this will enable to reduce the malfunction of the product and cause production down time of the company. Moreover, due to the durability of the sensing element, lifespan is exceptionally long, minimal maintenance and correction is needed, thus stocking up on replacement parts for maintenance is not needed.
For PC connection to enable distant monitoring of one EG transmitter ( use RS232 / RS485 communication port) or multiple EG industrial transmitters (use RS485).

The oil control system controls the oil level in the manufacturers of compressor crankcase. The system consists of the following ESK-components:
• ESK – Oil Seperators
• ESK – Reservoir
• ESK – Oil Level regulators
• ESK – Pressure Cock
• ESK – Strainers
The oil carried over by a compressor in parallel systems has to be returned in the same quantity under all operating conditions. ESK-Oil control systems provides this control and works reliable.
