The TF-100 series tuning fork is a point level switch for clean liquids and light slurries. It is available with Relay, Current, and PNP outputs. The TF-100 series carries FM hazardous area approvals.
The TF-100 Series vibration technology level switch is an excellent choice for most high or low-level liquid level measurement requirements. The TF-100 requires no calibration and is not affected by changes in electrical properties of the material being measured.

In order to eliminate false alarm given due to medium with high viscosity sticking onto the probe , a special material acting as an insulation industrial electrode have been added in between the active section and the grounding section.
As shown in the diagram, sensing probe always experience medium clogging on it and thereby produces a capacitance and resistance between the 3 parts. Since the electric field between the active section and the guard section is round shaped, there will be no current passing through the medium between the electrodes.
The Admittance level switch manufacturer uses this principle, to add a guard section between the active section and the grounding section to block the admittance current to reach the vessel wall from the medium between the active section and grounded electrode. Although there would be a small amount of admittance current between the guard section and the active section, the circuit would not take this current value into account. Due to the guard section, only the admittance current change between the active section and the tank wall will be detected by the circuit, thus only when the sensing probe is in contact with the medium will there be a precise signal.

The RPS-401A, RPS-426A analog ultrasonic sensor is mounted in a barrel housing and is completely self contained. It is powered by 20-30VDC and is reverse polarity protected. It also has a narrow beam angle which enables it to get into tight places. The RPS-401A, 426A has 2 short circuit protected analog outputs, 4-20mA and 0-10VDC.
The RPS-401A barrel is constructed of plastic Valox and is available in two adjustable measuring ranges: 4-40" and 8-80".
The RPS-426A has a stainless steel barrel housing and an adjustable measuring range of 8-80".

| The vibrating blade detector VEGASWING 60 became the standard for the anti-overflow applications on liquids. This solution offers maximum guarantees of safety because independent and not influenced by the same physical sizes as measurements of level. Concerned with safety units (valve, pump, warning signal, alarms,...) are directly connected downstream on a circuit separately which can be controlled regularly by simple support on a key test located on the off-set electronics of the detector. The threshold does not require any adjustment, it completely transparent because is given by the length of the sensor and the assembly. The principle is without wear and maintenance. Aggressive products are detected with reliability with materials with high chemical behavior like the hastelloy or enamel. These detectors offer a very broad applicatif spectrum because insensitive with the variations of dielectric, viscosity, pressure, temperature and industrial foams. They in addition have a continuous self-monitoring which announces any defect instantaneously (rupture of line, failure of the blades, corrosion, short-circuit, etc.). Approvals ATEX II G for explosive zones are available and of the versions answering the classes of safety SIL 2 and SIL 3 according to standard IEC 61508 are deliverable. |

Bühler Liquid-level control for external mounting NS 10/...-AM
The control of liquid level in reservoirs, gear boxes or other complex constructions often requires the use of controls than can be mounted externally with a visual indication of level.
The NS 10... range of level controls has been designed specifically for these applications. The visual level indicator is a standard item and has excellent visibility from any direction. The indicator itself is guided in a transparent tube and is moved by the magnetic field of the unsinkable float inside the stand pipe . The electrical contacts or a continuous level transmitter are mounted to the indicator scale. The contacts can be adjusted to any position.
The connection to the main structure can be by means of standard industrial pipe fittings or flanges. Contact types MKS-1/W-L-24V are equipped with an LED.

Application description:
The conductive rod probe SAT in combination with suitable switching devices (e.g. fill level limit switch SRA-100, SRA-101, SRA 102, SRE-200) is used for limit value detection and niveau control in electrically conductive liquids. Also possible is the detection of overflow, dry run, humidity, flow.
Depending on the selected type, it is possible to realize up to 6 switching points. The longest rod operates as ground reference.
The connection housing is protected against splashing water IP65. |

The SC120 probe and CN200 level transducer can continuously measure as well as control the level in a wide range of applications. They can be used in conductive and non-conductive liquids, solids such as grains and feeds, as well as slurries. The SC120 probe sends an mV signal to the CN200 transducer, which converts the (mV) signal into a 4-20mA signal. Unlike the SC 404, the SC120 working with the CN200 transducer has two adjustable level controls in a scale of 0-100% with bar graph level indication, as well as a Zero and Span adjustment.

"Nivotemp 63 K + KN, 63 K-VA + KN-VA
Modern production facilities employ more and more plant automation systems and computerized controls. These allow the monitoring and control of hydraulic and lubricating systems. Traditional level controls are focused on pump protection i. e. a typical system is equipped with a level switching with one or two contacts. These contacts protect the pump from running dry in the event of leakage..
Modern systems provide the opportunity for a pro-active leakage control by the use of continuous signals.
An analog output of 4-20 mA signals continuous signals the fluid level. Deviations from the ""normal"" are detected instantly and can be transformed into many types of action. In case of a catastrophic failure such as a burst hose the pump could be shut down immediately rather then let it run until the traditional switch turns it off after a large volume of oil has spilt.
The Nivotemp 63 versions provide continuous analog signals for liquid level only or for level and temperature combined. They are available in two standard length or in 150mm increments. The flange dimensions are the standard ones used for filler/breathers ( DIN 24557/2). In addition the units can be combined with our Fluidcontrolterminal which makes oil care even more technically advanced.
The 63..VA versions are suitable for use with high water based liquids ( HFA).
