| The Ni1000SOT is a nickel thin film resistance temperature detector (RTD) that is suitble for use in contact temperature sensing. The characteristics of the temperature sensor comply with DIN 43760. The Ni1000SOT is manufactured by PVD-depositon on a silicon substrate. The thin film structure is covered by a passivation layer for environmental protection and enhanced stability. The nickel elements are mounted on lead frames and encapsulated in SOT23 packages. This technology allows the production of miniature, low cost, high precision temperature sensors. The Ni1000SOT sensor is qualified for the most demanding automotive applications (including exposure to hot oil) and is suitable for many more applications in harsh environments. |

Insert these thin, laminated RTDs in winding slots to detect high temperatures before insulation damage occurs. RTD temperature sensors continuously monitor conditions and provide the long term trend data that is necessary for making adjustments before unexpected alarms occur.
The sensing elements of stator RTDs extend through most of the body length to provide an average temperature reading. This eliminates the danger of a point-type sensor missing a localized hot spot. Six sensors are recommended for each motor, two per phase. Locate sensors near the hottest point of the windings for best performance.
Some models comply with European standards for electrical apparatus for potentially explosive atmospheres: ATEX Directive 94/9/EC EN 50 014: 1997, General requirements EN 50 019: 2000, Increased safety.

The relative humidity is in most industry domains and in the quality control a decisive quantity. That is why high requirements relatively to measurement accuracy, long time stability and equipment are postulated for temperature / humidity probes in industrial environments.
The technologically highly up-to-date capacitve humidity sensors used in the TH109 probes fulfill all these requirements. The temperature humidity probes excel also with the following features:
- compact and robust stainless steel housing,
- standardized M12-plug,
- standardized analogue outputs,
- exchangeable filter caps and various fixing possibilities thanks the practical housing form.
The temperature measuring range covers -20°C up to 80°C. The humidity measurement covers the full range from 0% to 100% RH with an accuracy of 2% RH. The areas of application of these probes are for example the climate control, air conditioning and heating installations, building controlling, dryer systems, process controlling, plants construction and in warehouses. Minco humidity and humidity plus temperature transmitters are designed using an advanced microprocessor. Digital signal processing allows these transmitters to precisely match the characteristics of the humidity sensor to a wide range of RH and temperature values found in the many applications the product serves.
The humidity sensor is comprised of an integrated circuit (IC) with a stable polymer element and platinum RTD that is used for temperature compensation. This sensor offers outstanding resistance to airborne contaminant and chemicals, and is protected by a sintered stainless steel filter which resists condensation.

Product Description:
Libratherm offers micro-controller based Process Transmitter model PTX-3000 for measuring and transmitting the analogue and digital values proportional to the Process Input. It can accept the universal input, which is user selectable using internal DIP switch. Three options are available, where user can specify the model for universal input, any of the two fixed input or any of the single fixed input. The current output of 4-20mA proportional and linearized to the process input is available for remote measurement and indication. For dual input model, two independent 4-20mA are available. To suit industrial requirement the transmitters are available with and without display.
For serial interface with PLC or DCS or with any other process controller – digital serial communication on RS485 bus with MODBUS RTU protocol in slave mode is also provided. Using the RS 485 interface is advantageous, since number of wires coming from the various sensors can be avoided and instead only two wires can be used to interface on serial port. For example, for a large heating system incorporating 16 thermocouples, under conventional method 16 dual core cables will run from the system to the control panel, where as in case of RS485 interface, only two wires will run from the system to the control panel.

The device Thermocont ST with integrated digital evaluation electronic is a compact sensor for measuring and monitoring of temperatures in the range from -99,9°C up to +500,0°C.
Because of the integrated four digit digital display and two implemented PNP-switching outputs, separate evaluation and display devices are not necessary in most cases. |

Description
The temperature sensor TS-1-A-120-3/8“ can be used for direct temperature measurements inside pipes such as hydraulic and lubricating oil pipes.
In addition to its robust and compact design, this sensor stands out by its high accuracy and its extensive measurement range. As a standard, the housing and all parts exposed to the liquid are made of stainless steel (Type 1.4571) Soft seals consist of Viton.
Can be combined with measuring connector serv Clip® type 2 (for mounting on non-pressurized pipes).

Design and fabrication of our industrial sensors correspond
with the technical standard of DIN 43770. Our sensors can
be divided into two groups, depending on the measurement
method used.
Resistance thermometer
Resistance thermometer have a defined resistance value
at 0°C which alters, depending on temperature.
This alteration is presented as temperature value.
Thermo couples
Thermo couples consist of two different metal wires which
are welded together at one point. When the weld spot is
heated, a thermal voltage is generated at the open ends
of the wires which provides the temperature measurement.
The sensors have a modular design and consist of
• a connection head
• a protective tube
• a replaceable measurement insert.
The connection head for wiring is the standard head of shape B. The protective tube and the measurement insert of the sensor vary, depending on application conditions and temperature range.
