Autoclave manufacturer Chamber/Load Probe (SL160) Sensor :
The SL160 series of autoclave chamber/load probe sensors are similar to the SL150 series, but differ in having a 90° bend and a chisel point to allow penetration of the product bottle industrial seal.
When mounting a load probe with a straight sheath into a product bottle/container in an autoclave it is often difficult to achieve the desirable orientation. This is often due to both the weight of the probe lead wire and its restrictive bending radius. The SL160 is designed to circumvent this by having a 90° bend in the probe sheath. The addition of a chisel point at the probe tip also allows it to be inserted with relative ease through the bottle seal it there is one.
The SL160 chamber/load probes are currently being fitted as original equipment by a major autoclave manufacturer. |

Install miniature sensors in or beneath the babbitt layer of industrial bearing industrial shoes. They monitor metal temperature — the most reliable indicator of bearing condition — to give early warning of oil film breakdown. Machines can then be shut down and the problem corrected before catastrophic failure occurs.
While no larger than many bare ceramic elements, these RTDs have metal cases and insulated leads to withstand rough handling and harsh environments. They’re easy to install in drilled holes for general purpose sensing.

A critical indication of the status of bearings manufacturers on large rotating plant is provided by their running temperature.
Monitoring bearings in this manner provides the ability to recognise any possible upward trend in bearing temperature. This in turn allows for a regime of planned preventative maintainance to be put in place, offsetting the possibility of catastrophic plant failure.
Due to its small physical size the small bearing sensor can be positioned close to the bearing surface allowing it to sense any early change in temperature.
These devices are available in both thermocouple and PT100 resistance thermometer format and can be supplied as either single or duplex sensors. The sensor lead wire insulation is in PTFE or glass fibre and lead wire jackets can be protected with stainless steel outer braid. |

Modern production facilities employ more and more plant automation systems and computerized controls. These allow the monitoring and control of hydraulic and lubricating systems. Traditional level controls are focused on pump protection i. e. a typical system is equipped with a level switching with one or two contacts. These contacts protect the pump from running dry in the event of leakage..
Modern systems provide the opportunity for a pro-active leakage control by the use of continuous signals.
An analog output of 4-20 mA signals continuous signals the fluid level. Deviations from the ""normal"" are detected instantly and can be transformed into many types of action. In case of a catastrophic failure such as a burst hose the pump could be shut down immediately rather then let it run until the traditional switch turns it off after a large volume of oil has spilt.
The Nivotemp 63 versions provide continuous analog signals for liquid level only or for level and temperature combined. They are available in two standard length or in 150mm increments. The flange dimensions are the standard ones used for filler/breathers ( DIN 24557/2). In addition the units can be combined with our Fluidcontrolterminal which makes oil care even more technically advanced.
The 63..VA versions are suitable for use with high water based liquids ( HFA).

The SR Series Ir thermometer is a stand-alone two-color sensor designed to provide a temperature signal directly to process driver or monitoring devices. Ratiometric thermometry provides reliable temperature measurements in difficult applications with changing emissivities or unresolved targets. The SR spot pyrometers Do not require a separate indicator/processor, therefore saving on installation space and costs. These IR industrial thermometers are available in focusing single lens reflex or fiber optic versions.
The 1100 Series is an accurate, reliable and economical high temperature noncontact temperature sensor. It provides a continuous non-linear temperature-dependent output. This electro-optical transducer allows noncontact temperature measurement of higher temperatures. Measure temperatures from 1000°F (550°C) to 6000°F (3400°C).

These RTDs cover the full temperature scale of the international standard EN60751. Precision sensing elements and nickel alloy sheaths are capable of measurements from -200 to 850°C (-328 to 1562°F) with typical ice point drift less than ±0.05°C.
600°C models have stainless steel sheaths for reduced cost. They use the same element structure as 850°C models for excellent accuracy and stability.

Description
The fibre optic temperature probe TP-02 is a high resolution temperature sensor supplier. The sensor makes use of the inherent temperature sensitivity of the Fibre Bragg grating as well as the thermal expansion of its housing. The packaged FBG is positioned inside a stainless steel tube with a diameter of 6 mm and is terminated with an optical connector. Pigtail length and connector specifications can be specified following the needs of every application.
Features
- The temperature probe TP-02 can measure temperatures with a resolution of 0.04 °C and an accuracy of 0,4°C. The sensor can be used in harsh environments and is pressure tight up to 150 bar.
- The sensor can also be connectorised at both ends to make series configurations possible.
- There is also the possibility to foresee an integrated adapter at both sides of the temperature probe.

Humidity / Temperature transmitter for High Humidity and Chemical Applications
The highly accurate EE32/33 series are designed for fast and reliable measurement of relative humidity / dew point temperature / absolute humidity / ...under the most demanding conditions.
Neither condensation nor heavy chemical pollutions will affect prompt and reliable measurements. Process pressures as high as 100 bar (1450 psi) and continuous high humidity are also no problem for the EE32/33 series.
