High Voltage Modules
The HV-modules made by m-u-t are designed for driving Avalanche photodiodes, photomultiplier, laserdiodes, piezo actors and similar products which require operating voltages up to 3 kV.
High precision Output voltage control
Depending on the selected HV-module, the output voltage can be adjusted from 50 V to 3 kV either positive or negative. With the short circuit resistant output voltage monitor, the output voltage can be controlled within limits of ± 0.1%. This high stability of the output voltage ensures precise operation of the connected devices.
Short Circuit resistant output current
The output current is limited to 0.2 mA or 1mA. For all HV-modules the output current is limited to 103 % specified max current to protect. to protect the HV module and the electronic module behind it against short circuit events.
Temperature compensation for APDs
Avalanche photodiodes require a temperature compensation for perfect operation. m-u-t offers a modified HV module for that purpose, integrating a temperature compensation circuit. These ABC-modules come with an external SI-temperature sensor, and they also can be operated with temperature sensors which are installed inside the APD module.

Operating as a constant voltage power supply, the 105 is very simple to use. The adjustment knob and hi–lo range switch control the output, which is variable in 10-volt increments from 20 to 250 volts. One, two-position switch toggles the bright LED display from indicating output voltage to output current. The 105 is equipped with an over current detector for maximum safety. CPC6314 325W DC Power Supply with IPMI Management
The CPC6314 Hot-Swap DC Power Supply, part of our Advanced Managed PlatformTM product offering, combines high power capacity with standards-based IPMI management capability and a reliable, modular package to become the power supply of choice for systems requiring DC power input. This CompactPCI® 3U x 8HP form factor supply is ideally suited for telecommunications, industrial automation and a variety of embedded computer applications where redundancy and hot-swap are required.
The input voltage range is -36 to -72V DC. Four outputs are capable of providing a total of 325W for +3.3V DC, 5V DC and ±12V DC with independent output regulation. This supply implements management functions such as system control, monitoring and status reporting through an IPMI-based intelligent communications bus. The CPC6314, meets the electrical and mechanical requirements of the PICMG® specification for CompactPCI systems.
