| VCC's HMS panel lens has been designed to display printed circuit board mounted 10mm LEDs. The unique feature of the HMS low-profile lens is its special threads. Each mating component is designed with six single-entity threads. The six individual threads allow for multiple mating entry points between the lens and the retaining ring. In addition, the amount of rotation required to secure the assembly is only a one-half turn. HMS mating components have a unique thread cross-section design that eliminates over-tightening- a typical cause of thread stripping of plastic mating parts. Any attempt to over-tighten the HMS will result in the retaining ring sliding into a previous thread without damaging either component. The unit can then be retightened to a secure position. The assembly is installed by hand, eliminating the necessity of tools. A specifically designed compression seal serves to provide both moisture and dust protection for the HMS. |

INTERTEC cabinets and houses use the sand yielding principle: Outside and interior plants from high-strength GRP (or other material) are connected with an isolating, easy central position from closed cellular PU-foam. This structure has a high surface moment of inertia.

INTERTEC cabinets and shelters are designed as sandwich constructions with inner and outer skins made from very strong GRP skins - or other materials such as aluminium sheet or stainless steel - and a core of closed cell light weight and insulating PU foam. CAB wall mounting cabinets are manufactured of high impact resistance polycarbonate or ABS withstanding harsh industrial and outdoor environments. These cabinets are produced with hinged covers. Transparent cover options allow easy viewing of installed equipment and indicators. Glass fibre reinforced polyester cabinets are also available.
Dimensions of CAB PC/ABS range from 150*150*110 mm to 600*400*220 mm. Dimensions of CAB P range from 315*215*170 mm to 1030*835*300 mm.

SERIES CUBIK
SCAME proposes with series CUBIK, two new ranges of distribution boxes for electrical installations. They are available in 6 different dimensions. Made out of thermoplastic without halogen, shock-proof and self-extinguishing, the boxes of series CUBIK lend themselves particularly to the use for derivations in tight electrical installations of outside and for housing of small apparatuses.
The technical main features of this series are the following ones: index of protector IP55, possible use between -25° and +60°C, of color gray RAL7035, possibility of writing on the interior part of the lid to allow the simpler identification of the circuits, lid with pressure or closing by means of 4 screws 1/4 of lathe. All the lids are unlosable thanks to a provided bond which links base and lid (gone up out of standard). And finally, all the versions are equipped with plugs for complete insulation. |
