7PA22 and 7PA23 are fast-acting lockout relay with eight changeover contacts and four changeover contacts, respectively.
Due to their quality, reliability and design, these relays are optimal for applications requiring high reliability and availability such as power stations, substations, railway and industrial plants. Typical examples include petrochemical industry, chemical industry, cement industry, rolling mills etc.
The relays comply with the IEC, EN, IEEE standards (type and routine test) and bear the CE mark.
The robust switch contacts are characterized by high make/break capacity, overload capability and continuous current intensity capacity; thus perfect insulation is obtained. Direct control of high-voltage and medium-voltage switchgear is possible. Their high degree of protection and the transparent cover ensure reliable operation in tropical and/or salty sea air ambient conditions. |

| This appliance is used to simultaneously perform a certain number of operations and insert a block which requires manual intervention in order to be cancelled. It is used in conjunction with automatic protective devices and intervenes in the event of machine faults of such nature as to require an inspection or check on service conditions. Therefore the lock-out relay prevents restoration of service until the standards conditions have been manually reset. |

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Libratherm offers four channel back to back connected SCR firing cards model SCRF-4 for electrical Heating control using resistive or inductive loads. Normally, the manufacturer of solid state relays are built around triacs and which are available up to the current carrying capacity of maximum 50 to 100Amp @ 230VAC, due to limitations of high PIV as compared to SCRs. hence, for controlling the higher ratings of load, power contactors are used and solid state switching is not easily accomplished. The card SCRF-4, featured here can be used to fire up to 500Amps SCRs. Hence, it is possible to built solid state relay of as high as 500Ampere @ 230VAC or 415 VAC. The input control signal coming from the manufacturer of temperature controller in the range of 3 to 32VDC can be fed to this card to generate the ZERO cross over Gate Cathode pulses G1K1+G2K2 to turn ON the SCR, and the same can be turned off when the input signal is 0VDC. ZERO cross over circuit prevents generation of harmonics while turning the SCR OFF to ON or vice versa.
Using the single card, maximum 4 independent pairs of back to back connected SCRs can be fired in single phase, two phase or three phase in star or delta configuration of loads. User has a choice to select suitable ratings of back to back SCR as per the current demand (with suitably rated heat sinks). Making the solid state relays using this card is more advantageous, since, rapid on/off switching of the order of 1 second is possible, and hence can be operated in PID control mode, when compared to the power contactors. The card SCRF-4 is available in DIN mounting card holder.

7PA27 is monostable fast-acting relay with four changeover contacts.
The design, durability and quality of these relays guarantee their application in high responsibility controls such as power stations, substations, railway, industries of continuous processes (petrochemical, rolling mills, cement and chemical industries), etc.
The relay has been tested in accordance with IEC,EN and IEEE standards. The relay is CE marked. The great power of the output contacts allows direct action on HV and MV switchgear, because of its making/breaking capacities, high permanent current and overvoltage capacity. |

| Yaskawa's Bestact high capacity 3 & 5 amp reed (RB- series) multi-pole relays offer industry standard 8 pin (octal), DIN and panel mounting capability. They have UL/cUL recognition for gaseous Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations or corrosive environments and have been shown to significantly reduce downtime and/or maintenance costs. They offer greater shock/vibration resistance than electromechanical relays and better voltage isolation versus manufacturers of solid state relays. These multi-pole relays have pilot duty inductive switch ratings of 360VA (AC), 69VA (DC) and horsepower ratings of 0.5 & 1/8 HP respectively. For low-level loads, they exhibit a wiping action that keeps contact resistance very low and stable. 2, 3 and 5 pole configurations of normally open and normally closed contacts are available. |

SIR 4 Power relays for areas with a high explosion hazard must satisfy special safety requirements. Voltage flashovers and short-circuits can have devastating consequences. This is why Elesta relays pays highest attention to its products featuring generously dimensioned clearances and creepage distances. With the SIM range of relays, for example, these amount to >14 mm between control and load side, and the test voltage applied during one minute is 5,000V eff. As a result these relays can also be used in applications requiring explosion protection.
Within the contact assembly, clearances and creepage distances of >5.5 mm exist and a test voltage of up to 4,000V eff. is applied, depending on the relay type and contact execution.
Small size: the base of the two-contact version is only 34 mm2, the three and four-contact version 45 mm2.
Impressive electrical 'power': At a nominal switching capacity of AC-1 250V8A the contacts reach a useful life of >100,000 switching operations. Thanks to the gold-plated crown contacts it is also possible to reliably switch small signals of a capacity of a few milliwatts.
SIM relays comply with the European standard DIN EN 50205. Next to all standard coils we also offer special coils on request. |

SIP 6
Applications with a high number of operations and major switching loads are extremely demanding as far as the contact life is concerned. So far, one resorted in such cases to small or auxiliary contactors wired between the actual load. This is not necessary any more: a new development of ELESTA relays GmbH enables the direct activation of e.g. electricity motors at a switching load of 380...440V up to 4.4 kW (6 HP).
The "power package" introduced under the type designation "SIP 512" (2 control contacts, 4 output contacts) is the strongest safety relay so far of this innovative Swiss manufacturer. The solid contacts (AgSnO2) are designed for inrush currents up to 60 A. Equally possible is the continuous carrying of a contact current of 16 A. At a resistance load of AC1 16 A/250 V the contact life is at least 250,000 switching operations.
As with all products of ELESTA relays, the safety of persons and material assets is in the forefront also with the "SIP 512". In compliance with standard EN 50205 all 6 contacts are fully forcibly guided against each other. Thanks to the big distances between the individual contact chambers (> 8mm) this relay permits to safely switch three-phase mains up to a switching voltage of 480 V (AC). |
