Microswitches of MK series have been developed in order to add new features to traditional and tested microswitches of Pizzato Elettrica. These new products have been designed with shapes and fixing perfectly interchangeable with the previous ones and with various additional functions useful to extend the applicatory field.
The main innovation of this series is the tripping device evolved and modern, with qualitative features higher than solutions present on the market.
The electrical contact on new microswitch has been realized with higher reliability technology, thanks to the double and redundant shape, and has the possibility to carry out operations with positive opening.
The housing of the new microswitch provides the possibility to seat gaskets in order to seal the device against fine dusts or liquids up to IP65 degree.
Fastening terminals of conductors are more practical and allow the fixing of different diameter cables or the possibility to choice different bends of faston contacts. For high quantity it’s possible to supply the microswitch only with the contact NO or NC, in order to minimize purchase costs. |

The V5 Sealed is the latest addition to Crouzet's sealed microswitch range. It offers the same degree of technical innovation and adaptability as the existing ranges.
Its compact dimensions, combined with an IP 67 level of protection, make it an ideal component for industrial applications that require ease of integration and safety in damp conditions. With minimum overtravel of 2 mm and multidirectional actuation up to 45°, the V5 Sealed microswitch's high performance levels make it possible to reduce development costs, thanks to its technical flexibility. Its front-end mechanical life of 1 million cycles ensures reliability.
In order to guarantee the signal for self-check functions, the V5 Sealed can integrate surface mounted components between the terminals within the same footprint, thus avoiding the need to develop a separate printed circuit. Typical applications of these compact sensor modules include precise leveling and angular positioning of everything from X-ray mirrors to electromagnets, telescope frames to race car models in wind tunnels. Geophysicists use them in ocean bottom seismometer/tiltmeter systems and for cancelling noise caused by angular movements of precise magnetometers.
Our Miniature Tilt Sensors consist of one or two of our electrolytic transducers (for single- or dual-axis measurements) potted or fastened to a solid metal block containing holes for vertical or horizontal mounting. Anodized aluminum housings are standard, with 304 stainless steel used in low-outgassing vacuum-compatible versions. Choose from the high-gain Series 755, mid-range Series 756 and Model 84053, and wide-angle Models 84064-02 and 57579-02.

Eden is a new non-contact sensor using dynamic signal transmission. The sensor operates to category 4 according to EN 954-1 and has an extended sensing distance. Several Eden sensors and light beams can be connected in the same safety circuit and dynamically monitored by the Vital safety module.
We also offer several other types of interlocking devices. The Emergency Stop Grab Wire safety switch JSNY10 provides 'emergency shutdown' up to 25 metres. |

| The FailSafe GuardSwitch is designed as a safety interlock to be attached to a machine's guard or door. Unlike a standard reed switch interlock, the circuit has been designed to have an "open" failure mode. If the main reed sticks closed when the guard opens, the in-line fuse will blow, opening the circuit. If the watchdog reed sticks closed when the guard closes, the in-line fuse will blow, opening the circuit. The circuit will draw up to 4.5A to blow the fuse in less than 200ms. Along with being FailSafe, all the 200 series switches have non-coded actuators. |

The Hygiecode SMC Non Contact Interlock Switch range offers a compact yet robust 22mm fitting and provides environmental protection up to 105°C. and is suitable for high pressure hosing. The 76-94 Series has been designed to cover a wide range of harsh environmental applications and is available in 3 styles, push-button, rotary and panel lamp.
The complete range is panel sealed to IP67 and due to the construction and the materials used, are all capable of surviving the impact of a 5kg mass dropped from 40cm.

| Piezoelectric film ultrasound transmitters and receivers offer unique advantages for air ranging applications. Resonance frequency and vertical beam directivity of the transmitter and receiver can easily be customized by changing the diameter and length of the PVDF cylinder. Cylindrical PVDF receivers exhibit very wide horizontal or omni-directional beam directivity and broad band characteristics. These characteristics lend unique solutions in many applications such as two-dimensional positioning, digitizer, object detection, and distance measurement. Piezo film ultrasound transducers also have very low resonance "Q" values. This means that the signal rise and decay times are much shorter than conventional ceramic ultrasound transducers, making Piezo film transducers ideal for positioning applications. |

For more than 20 years Pizzato Elettrica has been producing one of the world most wide range of position switches, safety switches, microswitches, foot switches. Position switches are used wherever moving parts on machinery and plants need to be positioned, controlled and monitored.
The design details in relation to body dimensions, materials, electrical loading capacity, rated values and quality characteristics are to a great extent determined by the variety of application, from precision mechanics to heavy engineering.
Many of the position switches fulfill the requirements of the IEC 60947-5-1 product standard and can therefore also be used as position switches with safety function.
