The HydraHarp 400 is a high-end, easy-to-use, plug and play Time Interval Analyzer (TIA) and Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) system with scalability for multiple channels*. Dependent on the chosen frame size up to 4 or up to 8 channels can be installed. It is connected to a PC through a USB 2.0 high speed interface. It provides identical synchronized but independent input channels. They can be used as detector inputs for coincidence correlation experiments as well as independent stop inputs for TCSPC. A dedicated common sync input is provided for TCSPC with fast excitation sources. This allows forward start-stop operation at the full repetition rate of mode locked lasers with stable repetition rate up to 150 MHz. Experiments with low repetition rate benefit from the HydraHarp's multi-stop capability.

Time interval and frequency standard products developed by Pendulum Instrument is based with model 6688 and model 6689. But also, time GPS-controlled interval and frequency standard. Those products are based on a Rubidium reference (GPS-89) or an oven-controlled crystal oscillator.
- 6688 & 6689 : Achieve a stable frequency reference in calibration labs or test systems with the stand-alone high stability oven-controlled crystal oscillator found in the 6688 Frequency Standard. For greater stability employ the Rubidium Frequency Standard 6689, ensuring frequency drift due to aging of less than 0.001ppm per 10 year period.
- GPS-12R : A portable reference standard for ultra-stable GPS-controlled Rubidium reference with near-Cesium accuracy; the GPS-12R is the recognized measurement device for telecom and wireless communication field applications where battery operation with zero warm up after transportation, and hold-over drift rate of less than 1microsecond after 24 hours for uninterrupted operation is required. As a NIST traceable frequency standard, the GPS-12R is ideally suited as the in-house frequency standard for all test equipment.

Symmetricom's 5071A primary frequency standard delivers unsurpassed accuracy, stability and reliability for the most demanding laboratory and field applications.
Metrology and Calibration Labs
The 5071 offers exceptional frequency stability which is a key specification that directly affects a laboratory's ability to deliver timekeeping and calibration services to its clients. With a stability specification for 30-day averaging time, the 5071A can keep extremely predictable time and phase for long periods. Further, the 5071A can be used for long-term averaging of noisy signals such as GPS.
Performance suited to advanced communications and tracking systems
Stable frequency generation and frequency flexibility are required to transmit and receive signals properly between ground terminals and communication satellites. The 5071A's state-of-the art technology produces offset and primary frequencies with the same guaranteed stability.
Frequency accuracy to 5 x 10-13
The intrinsic accuracy of the cesium beam tube assures that any 5071A Option 001 will power up to within 5 x 10-13 of the accepted standard for frequency. This is achieved under full environmental conditions in 30 minutes or less- and without the need for any adjustments or alignments.
Long-term stability better than 1 x 10-14
The 5071A Option 001 high-performance cesium beam tube guarantees stability to be better than 1 part in 10-14 for averaging times of five days or greater. The 5071A is the first cesium standard to specify stability for averaging times longer than 100,000 seconds (approximately one day).

Performance:
The CDX dual frequency RF generator comes in a 1000 or 2000 watt design. The high frequency (HF) section of the CDX provides 600 or 1000 watts of power, with optional frequencies from 2 to 60 MHz. The low frequency (LF) section can deliver 600 or 1000 watts, with optional fixed or variable frequencies ranging from 20 kHz to 2 MHz.
Applications:
This solid-state generator is ideal for plasma applications including bias, etch, deposition and ashing.
Features:
Compact packaging reduces space, service (electrical and plumbing), and spare inventory requirements
Complies to CE-Mark standards and is ETL Marked and SEMI F47 compliant
Protection circuits safeguard the amplifiers from over-voltage, over-current and over-power operating conditions
Gain-control circuitry stabilizes output power against line and load variations, and limits power during high VSWR conditions
Unique power monitoring in the low-frequency section measures delivered power into any impedance load
Optional phase locked output in the low- frequency section eliminates the need for a matching network in many applications

Power amplifiers are a must in applications requiring both complex signals as well as high voltage throughput. Such a combination is rare in high performance instrumentation and therefore external amplification devices must be used to achieve this task. The Tabor line of wideband amplifiers was designed to operate in conjunction with its series of waveform generators thus providing the ultimate solution for high-voltage, wideband applications.
