Our fully digital 20 MHz Lock-In amplifier is an optimal extension to our AFM systems. It is specially optimized for electrical AFM measurements and provides nth harmonic detection and an integrated feedback loop for kelvin probe force (KFPM) measurements and many other features. It can of course also be used for other applications, independent of an AFM system.
This device also acts as a digital storage oscilloscope. It is controlled via a small java front end running on a PC. The connection between the amplifier and the front end is made via ethernet which results in extremely fast update rates for the displayed oscilloscope data. The front end runs on all standard operating systems where a Java runtime environment can be installed (e.g. Windows / MAC / Linux).

The SQ 0214 is a microprocessor-based synchronising unit. It is intended for a phase difference measurement between a bus bar and generator. It can be used in any kind of installation where a manual or semi-automatic synchronising is required. Circular set of 24 LEDs represents a phase difference. SQ 0214 has LCD backlight display for a display of a generator UGEN and bus-bar UBB voltage and both frequencies fGEN and fBB or D j . It replaces two voltmeters and two frequency-meters, which are normally part of the synchronising set. A synchronising condition is set, when the phase difference and the voltage difference between UGEN and UBB, for a time of delay, are within the set limits. The synchronising check relay is then switched on and a SYNC LED is lit for a preset pulse time (e.g. 100ms, 300ms).

Synchronization products is our newest and fastest growing product group. It includes two Wandermeters for troubleshooting and certification of the synchronization clock in transport networks, and WM-11 comes with an Ethernet Interface as standard! Wander is the slow phase drift of the clock, and the major cause for synchronization problems. The SSU-32 is a modular system for synchronization of SDH, PDH, ATM and Mobile Digital Communication networks. The synchronization supply package also includes the Sync Clock Distribution Unit SDU-33 and the remote monitoring SW LYNX. Both the Wandermeter and the SSU-products were specified by, and developed in close cooperation with, Sweden's leading telecom network providers.

* 14 bit A/D + 16 bit digital with 50 MS/s
* Optimized for RADAR applications
* acquisition of azimuth and elevation angle
* 32 Bit 66 MHz PCI interface available
* PCI Express x1 interface available
* Up to 2 GSample memory
* 6 input ranges between ±200 mV and ±10 V
* Input offset up to ±200%
* Window/pulse width/re-arm/OR/AND trigger
* Automatic offset calibration
* Synchronisation to multi-board system possible
* Synchronous digital channels and ABA mode available as an option
The both cards of the M2i.40x8 series combine fast A/D data acquistion with the feature to acquire digital data in parallel. With this feature it is possible to either acquire 16 digital bit in parallel from one or more angle decoders or acquiring one or two encoder signals directly by using internal counters. Digital data is either stored continuously and synchronously with the analog data or as an angle marker with each data segment (Option Mutliple Recording needed).
Digital data can be either acquired fully in parallel or as a combination of a counter input and parallel digital data. The acquisition
mode can be programmed by software.
When operating in continuous mode the analog and digital data is stored alternating in the on-board memory. For each 14 bit analog sample there is one corresponding 16 bit digital sample.
When operating in segmented marker mode there is one 16 bit digital sample stored at the end of each acquired segment holding the azimuth
and elevation angle for this segment of analog data.
Acquisition can run with full sampling speed independant of the selected mode.

The MC.30xx series offer a wide range of very fast 12 bit A/D converter boards for CompactPCI 6U bus. Due to the well-planned design these boards are available in several versions and different speed grades. That makes it possible for the user to find a individual solution.
These boards offer one to four channels with a maximum sam-plerate of 200 MS/s. As an option 4 digital inputs per channel could be recorded synchronously. The installed memory of up to 256 MSample will be used for fast data recording. It can completely be used by the currently active channels. If using slower samplerates the memory is switched to a FIFO buffer and data will be transferred online to the PC memory or to hard disk.
Several boards of the MC.xxxx series may be connected together by the internal standard synchronisation bus to work with the same time base.
