The DDS3-PC is a 12 MHz synthesizer that comes in PC card format and uses direct digital synthesis to produce low-noise sinusoidal signals. The DDS3-PC series produces simultaneous sine and clock signals (ACMOS/TTL) that can be set from 2 Hz to 12 MHz in 2 Hz steps. The DDS3-PCs are fast instruments that allow the frequency to be changed in approximately 1 ms to 10 ms. (Frequency switching time is limited only by ISA bus speed). The user can automatically sweep through a set of frequency, attenuation, and dwell time settings.

The GTX22x0 family of universal time interval counters provides all the features of stand-alone counters in PXI form factor. There are three versions of the PXI counters, GTX2210, GTX2220 and GTX2230. The GTX2210 support frequency range up to 225MHz, the GTX2220 to 1.3GHz and the GTX2230 covers frequencies up to 2GHz.
The GTX22x0 series counters have two signal input channels via BNC connectors, an external timebase, arm input, and a gate signal output. The separate input signals can be used for Arming and Gating the circuitry, and controlling the timing of the analysis (start/stop duration) for more meaningful measurements.
The GTX22x0 series counters are universal in that they provide many measurement functions of other frequency counters, including frequency, period, and time interval. The GTX22x0 series also have event counting and timing functions over a single channel, such as totalize and ratio between channels.

|
| The Time Interval Counter performs virtually all of the time and frequency measurements required in a laboratory or ATE environment. The instrument's single-shot timing resolution and low jitter make it the counter of choice for almost any application. |

Time interval and frequency standard products developed by Pendulum Instrument is based with model 6688 and model 6689. But also, time GPS-controlled interval and frequency standard. Those products are based on a Rubidium reference (GPS-89) or an oven-controlled crystal oscillator.
- 6688 & 6689 : Achieve a stable frequency reference in calibration labs or test systems with the stand-alone high stability oven-controlled crystal oscillator found in the 6688 Frequency Standard. For greater stability employ the Rubidium Frequency Standard 6689, ensuring frequency drift due to aging of less than 0.001ppm per 10 year period.
- GPS-12R : A portable reference standard for ultra-stable GPS-controlled Rubidium reference with near-Cesium accuracy; the GPS-12R is the recognized measurement device for telecom and wireless communication field applications where battery operation with zero warm up after transportation, and hold-over drift rate of less than 1microsecond after 24 hours for uninterrupted operation is required. As a NIST traceable frequency standard, the GPS-12R is ideally suited as the in-house frequency standard for all test equipment. |

The R&S®DVRG is a universal processing platform for digital video streams. It enables recording and replay of MPEG-2 transport streams. For error analysis, recording can be controlled by means of an external trigger signal. The stored signal includes time sections of different lengths both before and after the trigger event. For multifaceted tests of STBs, decoders and D/A converters, the R&S®DVRG offers a comprehensive library of transport streams.
As a standalone unit, the R&S®DVRG is operated via the keys and the LC display on the front panel. The R&S®DVRG includes a complete PC platform running under the WindowsNT Embedded operating system, which can be fully utilized after connecting a VGA monitor, keyboard and mouse. This makes it possible, for example, to install and use further software packages for analyzing or generating transport streams. Moreover, the R&S®DVRG can easily be networked via the standard Ethernet 100BaseT interface for remote control and transmission of transport stream files.
As an option, the R&S®DVRG also enables recording and replay of uncompressed digital video streams in SDI format at a data rate of 270 Mbit/s.
Its versatility and configurability make the R&S®DVRG the most flexible platform available for anyone who works with digital video signals to MPEG-2, DVB and ATSC or SDI standard. |
