Cold Air Guns are an effective cooling solution for a wide variety of process, production and assembly applications. For machining operations, a Cold Air Gun can extend tool life and speed dry machining rates for grinding, milling, turning, drilling, and sawing many materials including metal, rubber, plastic, ceramics, and wood. Its ability to reduce heat build-up results in improved product finish and tolerances.
The Cold Air Gun's easily adjustable temperature and airflow settings and instant on/off capability makes it simple to adapt its cooling ability to the application. Cold Air Guns come equipped with a 5-micron auto-drain filter, an integral muffler for quiet operation, and a magnetic swivel base for easy installation.

A new solution to an old problem. Heat build up on dry machining operations reduces tool life and machining rates. The Cold Gun Aircoolant System produces a stream of clean cold air at 50°F (28°C) below supply air temperature. Operation is now a quiet 70 dBA and there are no moving parts to wear out. It will remove heat to prolong tool life and increase productivity on machining operations when liquid coolants cannot be used.
The Cold Gun is also an alternative to expensive mist systems. It eliminates the costs associated with the purchase and disposal of cutting fluids and worker related health problems from breathing airborne coolants or slipping on wet shop floors.
