Note:
Ball locking bolts are used for fast and easy fixing and joining of parts and workpieces. The two balls can be disengaged by depressing the push button, so that the parts to be joined can be pegged. When the push button is released the balls lock the connection safely and permanently. If required, the ball locking bolts can be provided with a holding rope.
The bolt made of high-strength, hardened stainless steel is suitable for extreme loads and provides a very high level of wear protection. Thanks to the high corrosion and acid resistance, they are mainly used in the foodstuff industry, in the chemical and petrochemical industry and as constructional elements in the aerospace industry.

Kaller Roller Cams are used for piercing, trimming, flanging and restriking.
The Roller Cam can be mounted in both vertical and horizontal planes and contain an internal gas spring for slide return.
The KALLER Roller Cam is developed to meet the markets demand for a standard Cam unit. The Roller Cam unit is the ideal solution for a small compact and cost effective unit. The Roller Cam is available for a max. piercing force of 30 kN, stroke 50 and 80 mm and for a max. piercing force of 50 kN, stroke 50, 80 and 100 mm. All models are equipped with an oilless slide bearing and, for the return action a gas spring is emloyed, with a an initial force of 200 daN.
The contact force between the driver and the cam unit is taken care of by a heavy duty roller bearing. The driver itself is to be manufactured by the user to give the required movement scheme and the contact surface on the driver should be hardened in order to maximize the lifetime of the Roller Cam. The angle between the driver direction of motion for the Roller Cam is to be 50°.
The Roller Cam can be fixed to the tool with a key and/or two cylindrical pins. When in the right position, the Roller Cam must be bolted to the tool with 4 M8 cap screws. The screws can be accessed from the side and from the top.

OK-VISE rotary columns are made of aluminium and they come with steel made corner clamps. They work as a trunion unit between indexer and a tail support. This new system makes efficient use of machinable area a reality, ultimately leading to savings in tool changes, less operator interventions and extended cycle times. Most important feature is a possibility to use subplates resulting to a remarkable cut down in machine stop times which is critical especially in the vertical machining centers.
Parts fixturing probably represents the best value in today´s metalworking technology, if you calculate the cost of a CNC machine tool, the cutting tools, tool-holders and tool-changer with both the programming and the design software and compare these investments to the cost of your workholding equipment. Fixturing normally costs only a fraction of the amount the others cost. Yet, the potential for time savings and process improvements offered by a good fixturing solution are substantial.

centrinos – Self-centring vice for small parts
Modular Structure
Despite of its compact length of only 170 mm, centrinos provides a large clamping range. Work-pieces and parts ranging in size from 0 – 152 mm can be held with clamping forces up to 20 kN with a torque of only 65Nm. centrinos can be used to clamp raw materials or as a precision vice with an accuracy to within 0.02 mm.
The standard version can be enhanced by the addition of raised 5-axis basic jaws for optimum access and with the appropriate attachment jaws.
Fully covered
Due to its specially developed slide geometry with guideways of 150 mm length, centrinos is the first truly covered self-centring vice. Malfunction due to dirt and chips belong to the past.
Operation from both sides
The design of the centrinos allows it to be operated from either side.
Base integrated directly into palette
The unique new design enables centrinos to be integrated directly into exchange palettes, such as EROWA or System 3R, without the need for a base plate. This is not only advantageous in terms of saving weight and costs, but also reduces the height of the unit and thereby increasing its stability.

The spring plunger with integrated detection (ref. 03020) is equipped with a proximity detector which can start a control signal. At the same time position and detection element this push rod is available of M6 to M10. The bodies, fingers and springs are out of steel. It is possible to order a push rod in mode normally opened or normally closed. It can be used in harsh environment in a beach of temperature of - 25° with +70°C and meets standard IP65. A mini diode (LED) inserted makes it possible to control the state of the open or closed push rod.
