A square Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinder prevents the pallet from twisting. The indexing function enables positioning every 90°. Specially suitable for use in turning.
Note:
The installation Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinders have high holding and pull-in forces with very small installation dimensions. Hydraulic pressure is only needed for unclamping (min. 50 bar / max. 60 bar). The Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinders are mechanically locked in the clamped position. The advantages of this are that there are no cumbersome lines and no danger of leakage. Square pallet for screwing onto the pallet see item no. 6370ZA.

Compact Pneumatic twist cylinders are linear motion compact cylinders with an internal cam that provides
90 deg swing motion.
Twist cylinders are ideal swing clamps for automated and semi automated assembly and work holding found in circuit board assemblies, medical devices, robotic cells, component assembly and other applications. Because of their compact size and versatile mounting, they also make unique conveyor stops, diverters and escapements.

The clamp arm rotates 90° as it extends away from the work piece providing clearance and access for unload/ load operations. Double acting operation and standard magnetic piston offer positive cycles, durability and work piece detection features. Extruded aluminum body mounts directly and rigidly to equipment surfaces in a minimum of space.
Operation cycle:
1) Clamp arm extends (straight line) as it releases work piece from clamp loads.
2) Arm rotates 90° to full extend position.
3) When retracting, clamp arm swings 90°.
Model Code R = clockwise rotation, Model Code L = counterclockwise rotation.
4) With clamp arm in position over the work piece, it follows a straight line path to apply clamping force.

Swings clamps, work-holding cylinders :
QUIRI swing clamps have the unique feature of pivoting in the plan, that is, there is no linear stroke during rotation. The space required for the movement of the arm is therefore minimal, and the entire stroke of the clamp can be used for clamping (except 1 to 2 mm clearance) and wear on rod seals is reduced. There are several options for position detection :
- by use of a sensor rod
- pneumatically
- electrically
- hydraulically
Work-holding cylinders :
Contact force can be generated by a spring, or by air or hydraulic pressure.
T-LOCK and R-LOCK actuators :
These actuators have a patented locking system. They are intended in particular for palletized application, with lock-out occurring thanks to oil pressure. The hydraulic system is only pressurized during the linear movement of the rod.
T-LOCK : Linear displacement actuator with off-pressure lock-out system
R-LOCK : Includes in addition a system of rotation in a single plane.

The Europa 03 type is a high precision, modular vice. It has a mechanicalmechanical locking facility, and a covered manoeuvring screw. It can be assembled in three different solutions according to locking requirements:
TYPE ED03: DOUBLE SELF-LOCKING VICE with facility for closing the two pieces simultaneously, with tolerance up to 2mm.
TYPE ES03: SINGLE VICE WITH THRUST-LOCKING
TYPE ET03: SINGLE VICE WITH PULL-LOCKING.
The covered spindle screw and use of chromium-nickel materials hardened to 58 HRC, assure almost unlimited long-life. The vice, ground on all surfaces., can be used onplane or squared with a tolerance of +/-0.02. Locking is by a mechanical-mechanical multiplier and a force selector to ensure constant thrust control.
By using the stepped jaws, you can position the piece at three different heights, thus avoiding use of parallels.

ALUFIX XL is a range of strong modular fixturing elements for building fixtures on their own or together with ALUFIX Classic elements. Bars are available up to 10 metres long, other elements include coupling plates and connecting elements. ALUFIX XL is often used for the basic frame of a fixture where less flexibility is required and users move on to ALUFIX Classic for part supports. Also for complete fixtures destined for long term uses this system is sometimes preferred. Reusability is 100 percent.
The system is available in sizes XL50 (bars are 50x50) and XL100 (bars are 100x100) and both are compatible with ALUFIX Classic. The profiles are only machined in the ball seats, which allow accurate and stable ball and seat connection as opposed to connections using holes in ALUFIX Classic.
