YTQT350 underground diaphragm wall grab consists of hydraulic system, monitoring system, guiding device, grabbing device, and hydraulic driven system. The semi-guiding grabbing device can rotate by 180 degrees at will. During the operation, the free rotation is allowed no matter which direction the machine is at so as to change the positions of the grab and to fit the grab into the groove easily and quickly.In terms of working technic, it excels hanging type grab. Moreover, the advanced hydraulic driven system has been applied, with independent filtration, which will offer you a cleaner and more stable working system. The grabbing device is made of high-strength alloy steel plate, characterized by strong breakout force and high solidity and durability. The auxiliary main body of the grab is theYTQU55 hydraulic crawler crane, with the single line pull power of the winch being 9-18 tons, which can be also used as a powerful crane.

Baya is the 3rd generation of hydraulic grab and has been tested numerous times in order to improve the drilling rates, which are the best available on the market, today.
It combines the advantage of the pendular grab (versatility) with the Kelly system (performance and quality).
Use
Baya can be used to construct diaphragm walls or prefabricated walls, cut off diaphragm, oblong piles etc… Baya drills up to great depths, into a large range of grounds (silt to strong sandstone with Rc 100 bar). Clients use Baya where they used hydromill before.
Versatility
Its erection is quick, and so is its dismounting with its cardan system and its quick transport kit, which allows carrying the boom elements at the same time.
Baya has a large range of drilling widths from 19.7’’ to 59’’ and a large range of drilling lengths from 106.3’’ to 165.4’’, thanks to the fast interchangeable elements.
Performance
Thanks to its penetration coefficient and its closing force, Baya’s energy is the most powerful in the world, and allows drilling into harder grounds or drilling more quickly.
Thanks to its Kelly and motorised turning joint, Baya can go into the drilling trench very quickly or can empty its bucket above a truck very easily. Finally, the automatic half turn allows better verticality. Baya’s clamshells are all equipped with one chisel allowing better penetration into hard grounds.

HCM GEO
This is the only attachment offered for geothermal installation. The base machine for this drill must be the largest of skid steer models with 100 HP engine, rubber tracks and a weight around 10,000 lbs.
Using the same mast and rotary head as the DrillAll GEO the HCM GEO allows the contractor to utilize a skid steer loader on site for all phases of geothermal loop installation. Including digging manifold pits, trenching between bore holes, pallet forks for moving grout and grout plants as well as the bucket to clean up after the job is finished.
Offering the use of 10-foot drill pipes and casing this rig is capable of drill holes up to 200 feet in depth and up to 5-inch diameter. There are two stabilizers built into this attachment to better stabilize the mast during the drilling process.

DrillAll GEO
The DrillAll GEO was designed for limited access drilling in the retrofit geothermal market. It is well suited for installation of the DX copper loops offering 45-degree tilt in the mast. This allows the circular hole pattern of DX to be drilled out only moving the machine one time. To accommodate the high angles required for DX installation the mast uses 5-foot drill pipes.
For GX installation the DrillAll GEO can be fitted with a mast using 10-foot drill pipes while limiting the mast angle to +- 5 degrees. In this configuration the DrillAll can accomplish the 200-foot holes required for GX geothermal.
This is an excellent machine, built entirely at our Montrose facility it is a powerful drill packed into a small package.

New sources of energy
The increasing scarcity of fossil fuels coupled with the ever growing energy consumption forces us to continuously search for new sources of energy. One of these new sources is geothermal energy. This technology uses the fact that the temperature underground is steadily rising with increasing depth. The heat from the soil is transferred to a transport medium, circulating through flexible tubes.
The tubes are installed in the bore holes. The depth of the bore hole varies depending on the application and the required KW-rating. Common depths for private use range around 50 meters. Commercial applications require depths of up to 2500 meters. Heat exchangers either use the temperature of the medium directly or transform the heat of the medium into electrical energy.

Rod Burster - Hydrocrack
The TERRA-HYDROCRACK is a hydraulic cracking system to renew gas pipes, water pipes or sewerage lines. Due to its high thrust and pullback forces of 600 kN (60 tons) it cracks or cuts PE pipes, steel pipes, cast iron pipes or even ductile cast iron pipes from ø 50 mm to up to 350 mm. New HDPE pipes up to OD 355 mm may be pulled in. In a first step, the highly sophisticated rods are pushed through the old pipe. As soon as the rods arrive at the target pit, a 3-wing bursting rod, an expander cone and the new PE pipe are assembled to the rod. Now the TERRA-HYDROCRACK pulls the rods back, cuts the old pipe into 3 slices, enlarges the bore channel and pulls in the new PE pipe – all simultaneously. It is even possible to push the rods into a second pipe section, whilst the new pipe is pulled in into the first pipe section. This saves time.
The main cylinder with hollow piston rod can be moved inside of the trench box from the front to the rear. This allows to pull the bursting tools and the new HDPE pipe completely into TERRA-HYDROCRACK after the pull-back operation. Therefore it is not necessary to move the whole machine. It is possible to work in both directions of the working pit without turning the machine. Whilst the HDPE pipe is pulled into the first section, the rods may be pushed simultaneously into the second old pipe section.
The Automatic Foot Control AFC allows to operate the TERRA-HYDROCRACK with a foot pedal. As long as the foot pedal is pressed down, the main cylinder works. The foot pedal is mobile and may be placed anywhere around the working pit.
