willcombi filters are designed to answer to all specific customer applications whatever the shape, composition and purpose is. It can be composed of several layers (willpore L, willpore D, willfelt and willhepa) as well as different type of coverings (printed or not), with or without single packaging.
It's possible to combine several layers of active carbon filters. Each layer can be targeted at a specific type of fume (organic, ammoniac, acidic, etc.) or serve to increase filtration efficiency. It's also possible to add a pre-filter to increase the life span of the active carbon or dust filters from 0,1 to 1 microns. This multi-purpose filter can be mounted in boxes made of cardboard, plastic or a non-woven material. It's possible to add various markings or brands on each unit (e.g. name of customer, company logo, etc.).

TURBOGLASS

ll filter TURBOGLASS is constituted from a resistant plastic chassis to the heat, totally riciclabile. The leaking material is in microfiber of idrorepellente glass lacking in cellulose, in class of filtration from F5 to F9. The filter does not introduce to its inside some metallic member, as the assemblage of the chassis and the resistor of the leaking septum concurs to avoid ulterior reinforces. The glue chassis being completely on all sides, with sealing poliuretanico, resistant to acids, is lacking in any by pass of the air. The air crosses alone and exclusively the leaking septum. A gasket in polyurethane completes filter TURBOGLASS.
The leaking septum that it constitutes filter TURBOGLASS is 100% microfiber of glass. The microfiber of glass is folded with a system that allows to obtain a uniform spacing between the folds, for a better leaking efficiency and a better withholding of particles and consequently a greater one I accumulate of the powders. AGET silo vents are installed directly on the silo or bin, where collected dust trapped in the filters falls back into the bin when the tubes are shaken. Dust-laden air created by loading of the silo is filtered and exits from a weather protected bird-proof outlet. Motorized filter shakers less controls are standard. Exhausters can be included (see below) to relieve system back pressure and create a negative pressure in the bin. See "Pull-Through" filters for specs. Our BIA-tested, synthetic filter media possess a significantly greater consistency of quality than conventional spunbonded nonwovens, and thus ensure that the residual-dust contents required are complied with even under the alternating stress of the compressed-air cleaning process. Cartridge variants with antistatic filter media have been DMT-tested, and are manufactured using a patented grid imprint process.
The DIN Standard Cartridges, with integrated covers, bases and support cages made of galvanized steel, are ideally suited for simple retrofitting to most dust removal units in common use. Sample Gas Filters
The distance between the extraction point of sample gas and the analyser cabinet is normally bridged by tubes or hoses in continuous emission monitoring (CEM) systems. Depending on the method of analysis (FDIR, HFID, hot wet analysis, total hydrocarbons, etc.), these gas lines can be unheated or must be heated to prevent unwanted condensate formation.
Due to the nature of such installations, additional in-line filtration is required.

Dry seals for compressors and turbines require clean, dry gas to maintain seal integrity and ensure longevity. Gas seal support systems as specified in API-614 require filters and sometimes water-removing coalescers to ensure gas quality to the seals.
For critical seal gas filtration, the ideal arrangement is to have “duplex” filters. In the duplex configuration, there is always one filter on-line filtering and/or “drying” the gas, even when the other filter element is being replaced.
