The DRESSER®ROOTS® Style 351 Pipeline Strainer is designed to protect precision devices, such as regulation and metering equipment installed downstream of the strainer, from entrained system debris such as plastic shavings, fine particles of dirt, stones, gravel, rust, pipe scale and weld slag.
Check out these Style 351 product features:
- Low pressure drop is achieved through a large element area and venturi port design.
- The elements are interchangeable and consist of corrosion resistant stainless steel in 20 and 100 mesh configurations and back-up disc for long service life.
- The streamlined flow path is sealed with an elastomeric ring in the body bore which provides positive debris removal and prevents debris from traveling downstream.
- The debris bow! has sufficient volume to provide extended service intervals and is tapped for cleaning or valve attachment for blowdown.
- Available in threaded, flanged or weld end configurations.
- Ideally suited for natural gas and compressed air applications.
- May be installed in vertical or horizontal position. |

willpore L
willpore L filters are made of reticulated foam impregnated with a liquid recipe based on active carbon powder. It has been developed to treat low concentration of odours, organic vapours, ozone even in air or in water.
willpore L is the combination of reticulated foam impregnated with a liquid recipe. Afterwards the obtained complex is dried in order to fix the different components of the recipe. Thanks to this process, we avoid particle loss. Furthermore, Willpore L technology gives the opportunity to add other properties to the final filter such as chemical catalyst or preservative.
Foam characteristics
Foams used are especially dedicated to filtration thanks to a reticulation process that gives to this medium a controlled porosity (from PPI 10 to PPI 25). Adjusting this parameter, pinta filtration is able to manage pressure drop as well as efficiency. For applications dedicated to water treatment, pinta filtration uses a dedicated foam resisting to hydrolysis, named TPPI (instead of SPPI for air treatment).
The following graph represents the impact of porosity between TPPI and SPPI on pressure drop (data given for a same carbon & weight, airflow of 90m3/h). |

HEPA filters are made from paper containing fibreglass, which is folded to achieve a greater filtering efficiency - loss ratio. HEPA products give the highest possible filtering performance on small particles (under one micron).
To retain optimum filtering efficiency, HEPA filters are usually mounted in combination with other filters and pre-filters. They can also be used either "up-stream" or "down-stream" in the filtering process (with foam, HEPA, active carbon systems, etc.).
These filters can be used against fine atmospheric dust, smoke and fumes (tobacco, oil, etc.) and bacteria.
The HEPA filter is suitable for air filtering in both industrial and domestic applications (air pre-filters, air filters, vacuum cleaners, extractor fans for cooker hoods and laboratory use, vehicles, photocopiers, air humidifiers, aeration, ventilation and suction systems).
Product benefits
High filtration performance: paper or filter grades for varying degrees of efficiency, from H10 to H14 as per EN 1822
Washable (depending on the grade of efficiency)
Custom made, built to customers' specifications. |

P-2000 Series filters remove these harmful contaminants from your system utilizing the follow features:
Pleated filtration media used in both coalescing prefilters and particulate afterfilters, offering 6 to 9 times the surface area found in "wrapped" or "depth-style" elements.
Coalescer liquid removal efficiency of 0.001 ppmw based on 20 ppmw challenge. Removes liquid aerosols down to 0.01 micron.
Particulate filters have a 100% absolute removal rating down to 0.9 micron.

| Viledon high-temperature filters are used for air filtration applications involving temperatures > 100°C (> 212 °F) up to 260°C (500°F). The silicone-free filter media are made of special, temperature-resistant glassfibre paper with high mechanical stability and moisture resistance. The pleat distance is maintained by aluminium separators with rounded edges to avoid damage to the pleat pack during transport, mounting and operation. Protection grids on both upstream and downstream side also prevent damage to the filter medium. The protection grids and the filter frame consist of galvanized steel, so as to reduce the risk of particle shedding caused by the constantly high temperatures. Viledon high-temperature filters are equipped with a temperature-resistant gasket to preclude leaks. |

In addition to the safe extraction and filtration of dust and fumes, Purex systems offer real cost savings. Unlike external venting systems, Purex machines recirculate air from the factory so that heating & air conditioning costs are reduced.
Used in conjunction with laser processes, Purex systems prevent the beam becoming attenuated due to dust and fumes generated during marking and cutting. Expensive lens damage due to the creation of "Hot spots" is also avoided.
Further benefits include:
No planning permission required to cut holes in roofs
No loss of building/roofing warranties
No bulky and expensive pipework
No build up of pipework contamination |

willpore D
willpore D filters are made of reticulated foam impregnated with active carbon powder or granulates. It has been developed to treat high concentration of odours, organic vapours as well as ozone.
Reticulated foam is the perfect medium to support active carbon powder or granulates. Thanks to its controlled porosity, added active carbon is easily in contact with any substance to be treated and provides willpore D a very high adsorption efficiency with a low pressure drop. Desired efficiency as well as pressure drop of willpore D filters can be tuned in our process by changing the porosity of foam and carbon type.
Foam characteristics
Foams used are especially dedicated to filtration thanks to a reticulation process that gives to this medium a controlled porosity (from SPPI 10 to SPPI 20). Adjusting this parameter, pinta filtration is able to manage pressure drop as well as efficiency.
The following graph represents the impact of porosity on pressure drop (data given for a same carbon & weight, airflow of 90m3/h). |

Varian’s Gas Clean Filter System prevents contaminants entering your GC. Contaminants in carrier gas would result in damage to the column, loss of sensitivity, and unnecessary instrument downtime.
The Varian Gas Clean Filter System, which is positioned immediately before your GC, consists of two elements: the connecting unit and a filter. The uniquely designed filter and connecting unit allow for quick replacement of saturated filters while preventing air from entering your system.
Varian Gas Clean Filters are available for three different impurities; oxygen, moisture and hydrocarbons. |
