Designed to be connected to standard factory airlines Factair's range of Safe Air Cabinets provides high quality breathable air to BS EN 12021:1999 by filtration from a normal compressed air supply.
Each unit is fitted to a pressure regulator, pressure gauge and automatic condensate drain. The breathing-air outlet pressure is set using an adjusting key and the pressure gauge incorporates the correct operating parameters for both positive pressure and constant flow masks, in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 14594. Mounted in durable, impact resistant polyethylene housings the Safe-Air Cabinets can be used in the most hazardous and hard working environments.

Hydrocarbon plants
GRASYS hydrocarbon separation plants are produced with the use of the company brand-new proprietary membrane capable of delivering substantial benefits in comparison with other gas separation technologies.
Due to their cost-effectiveness combined with required longevity GRASYS membranes may be efficiently used in industrial applications where operating conditions excludes the adoption of other polymer membrane types. Besides, this membrane gas separation technology has a modular structure allowing expansion or modification of operated systems and prompt response to any changes in feed composition during the entire life cycle of a given source (e.g. increasing CO2 concentration or changing hydrocarbon flow composition in a natural gas field) and all this without unnecessary additional costs. Natural gas sweetening
Today, membranes are used for natural gas sweetening by means of acid gases, CO2 and H2S removal and ensuring its compliance with pipeline requirements as well as for carbon dioxide removal from methane and its subsequent injection in formation in the process of tertiary oil recovery. Frequently, natural gas streams contain aggressive or highly condensable components decreasing membrane capacity. For removal of these components or maintenance/control of their concentration within the membrane capacity critical limits expensive preliminary treatment is required. This restricts the conventional membranes area of application by natural gas processing and increases their functional complexity and operating costs. The new technology makes it possible to develop contamination-resistant and cost-effective membrane systems, highly efficient by gas separation.

Filter elements DELTA and DELTA ²
Our series of filter elements DELTA will be able to convince you by its results. It fills as of today the environmental requirements of tomorrow. The body of the filter element DELTA is out of sintered polyethylene. The surface of the filter is made up of a layer of PTFE microporous and hydrophobic subject which is firmly anchored in the filter housing.

The MCB Series of cartridge dust collectors effectively remove fine airborne dusts while providing workers space for unrestricted movement to perform industrial processes. Available as 3, 6 or 9 modules, the MCB cartridge collector can be used alone or in combination with a containment booth.

Ducon's Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) NOx, N2O, CO and VOC Reduction System features state of the art catalysis technology and controls engineering for easy erection and quick tie-in to new or existing process systems.
Ducon utilizes ceramic honeycomb shapes or plate-type catalysts consisting of titanium dioxide as a base material with active coatings of vanadium pentoxide and tungsten trioxide that have been arranged at different levels. The working temperature of the catalyst ranges between 600 F and 800 F. For NOx systems Ducon provides Ammonia injection systems complete with storage tanks, vaporizers and injection grids. Ducon can provide ammonia as anhydrous or aqueous (19%, non-hazardous) solution. Ducon systems have low ammonia slip.
For systems requiring heat, the burner features a FM approved gas train and Honeywell Burner Management System. The units are designed for heat recovery in the range of 65 - 75%. Ducon SCR systems can achieve over 90 % NOx & N2O, 90% CO and high VOC removal efficiencies.

The JETLINE® CH is a pocket filter with automatic compressed air pulse jet cleaning.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The dust-laden air passes through
the needlefelt pockets from the
outside to the inside, depositing the
dust on the outer face of the filter
media.
The clean air is then exhausted from
the filter.
Blowing a very short blast of
compressed air into the filter pocket
via the venturi cleans the filter
media.
The sudden change in shape of the
pocket due to its rapid inflation
causes the collected dust to fall off the
filter media into the hopper.
The electronic sequencer controls the
cleaning cycle. The time of the
impulse of compressed air is
regulated to obtain the optimal
cleaning cycle.

Ducon supplies Semi-Dry Removal (SDR) type Dry Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) Systems as well as Dry Injection type systems. The SDR systems are custom designed to absorb gaseous pollutants utilizing a spray dryer and a baghouse filter. Ducon's specially designed air atomizing nozzles provide the liquid reagent slurry into the spray dryer for high efficiency removal of SO2, HCl, Mercury and other toxic components from flue gases. Ducon's SDR system provides very high on-line availability and low maintenance as compared to a rotary atomizer type of system.
Ducon provides Dry Injection Systems using lime, trona, activated carbon and other dry reagents to remove sulfur dioxide, dioxins, mercury, Hydrogen Chloride and fumes. The reagent is added in a recirculating type reactor with steam injection for higher absorption. The particulate is then recovered downstream using a bag house filter. Ducon's Dry Injection Systems are able to achieve over 90% SO2 removal efficiencies.
Ducon Dry Scrubber generates a dry waste product that can be easily disposed of with conventional flyash handling equipment. Ducon provides complete turnkey systems for industrial and utility clients.
