Vokes' Microfelt cartridges are designed for the fine filtration of fuel and lubricating oils, along with other fluids including hydraulic oils and glycol. Manufactured from a range of specially selected synthetic felt media, Vokes Microfelt cartridges have excellent depth filtration characteristics and a high dirt holding capacity. Cartridge integrity and filtration performance relies on design features which include welded media seams, filter media bonded to the end caps and the fitting of leak proof seals. Manufactured to high quality control standards, all filter media is batch tested for filtration performance and metal components deburred.
Vokes Microfelt cartridges are available in 10 standard sizes and can be used in multiple cartridge vessels with flow rates typically up to 300m³/h in lubricating oil systems. There are four basic specifications including cartridges capable of withstanding high collapse pressures, high temperatures and chemically aggressive contaminants. Vokes Microfelt cartridges are disposable, ensuring that all collected contaminants are removed from the system when the cartridges are renewed. |

CIH multi cartridge V-band clamp closure housings are a proven design suited for commercial and industrial applications. Offered in 4,5,7,12,and 21 round configurations and in 304 SS or 316L SS. All CIH housings are designed with Universal cartridge cups, allowing you to use DOE style cartridges or 222 SOE cartridges with fin or flat end. This gives you one housing that can meet your nominal and absolute filter needs and provides quick cartridge change outs. Housing is standard with EP gasket and also offered in other materials and port sizes, allowing the CIH to meet a wide spectrum of applications. Every housing is supplied with a mounting kit and operations manual.

Multi-Cartridge Housings
We manufacture a complete line of four and five round models to accommodate a wide range of flow rates. Options include 304L or 316L stainless steel; band clamp or swing bolt closure. Design pressure 150psi (10bar)@300ºF (149 ºC). Standard inlet and outlet connections are 2" MNPT with many other options available. Standard finish is poly-coat over stainless and other options can be special ordered. Standard gasket is FDA grade Buna-N.

A counter balanced spring assisted cover lifting mechanism balances the cover perfectly giving it a "weightless" feel. Opening and closing the cover is "finger tip" easy.
QIC-LOCK rapid opening and closing mechanism ensures simple, operator friendly operation with minimal downtime for bag change-outs. Reduces downtime to increase productivity and decrease operating costs.
Unique 3-point hold down for bayonet fitting ensure high quality of the seal between each filter bag and the housing body. A supplied special tool ensures, simple effective operation.
Side inlet and bottom outlet provides easy and complete drainage. A standard tangential outlet reduces housing height.

We have years of experience designing and building custom foreline traps to protect pumps and eliminate buildup of condensable by-products in forelines and exhaust lines. Examples of these include water-cooled and particle traps for LPCVD, PECVD, metal CVD, MOCVD and metal etch. Others are particle traps for crystal growers, liquid traps for reclamation of photo resist and oil reclamation traps for industrial applications. High capacity and multi-stage traps are also available. Often times our customers see a 200% increase in preventative maintenance intervals after installing one of these traps.
Electropolished or Nickelplated finishes are available on request. Electropolished traps are easier to clean because the surface is more highly polished than the standard beadblast finish. Nickleplating offers additional corrosion resistance. Call for pricing. |

Shelco's sanitary series housings have been designed for the most critical and demanding applications requiring purity and durability. The maximum design working pressure is 150 P.S.I. (10 bar) @ 200°F (93°C). The SIF and SF series is standard with sanitary ferrules for the inlet and outlet with ½" sanitary ferrules for the drain and vent. The standard gasket material is Silicone. Maxflow combines filtration without filter aids - or, if they are required, with considerably reduced quantities of filter aids - and briquetting in a single unit. The main fields of application for Maxflow are particle filtration, the retrieval of recyclable materials and the purification of aqueous solutions.
Maxflow is available in three variants:

This tried and tested automatic filter system is best suited to pressure pulse cleaning by a continous filtrate flow using externally fed compressed air or filtered liquid.

TECSI filtering systems are used to separate the solid particles suspended in liquids through the use of filtering elements called cartridges. The range includes filtering systems with SELF-CLEANING and STATIC LINE filters.
The liquid to be filtered passes through a cartridge and deposits the suspended solid particles on the inner surface of the cartridge, coming out with the desired filtration degree. The special design of the filter cartridges permits only the passage of the particles smaller than the the chosen filtration degree.The gear reduction unit, driven by the control unit, causes the rotation of the scraper blades carrier shaft,to remove the impurities that have stuck on it. Blades are available in PTFE, stainless steel * PTFE or a special patented system, suitable for the elimination of fibres that are hard to remove from the inner surface of the filter. All the dirty is the eliminated through a pneumatically controlled total-passage stainless steel discharge valve, fitted on the bottom of the filter.

CHR single cartridge ring closure housings are a proven design suited for commercial and industrial applications. Available in 304 SS, 316 SS or Brass head with 304 SS sump. The CHR housings are rated for 300 psi and are designed for DOE style cartridges with machined knife edge seal surfaces for a no-bypass seal. All sump seals are spring loaded allowing you a variety of cartridge lengths and providing quick cartridge change outs. SC series cartridges have been designed to tackle the toughest of filtering applications. The cartridges are available in 304 or 316 Stainless steel with a complete option of end cap configurations. You can choose the pleated style for extra surface area and extended life or the cylindrical for easy cleaning. SC cartridges are the perfect choice for high temperature, high pressure, and resolve chemical compatibility with polymer elements. SC filters are cleanable and reusable and offered in retention ratings as low as 2 micron through 840 micron.
