AIRCONDITIONING DUCT
The ducts intended for the installations of airconditioning represent a practical and elegant fireproofed rigid PVC system making it possible to pose easily and very quickly the tubes of your new airconditioning.
The ducts can be fixed at the wall using screws plugged by using the drilling predisposed at the base.
A complete system of accessories is also available: junction, derivation and passage. All the accessories are assembled by clipsage.
The ducts are manufactured out of thermoplastic rigid, insulator and shock-proof. They can be used at temperatures going of -20° with +60°C. They dismountable without tool and are provided out of bars of 2m. They are only available in white RAL 9001. |

| To the already famous series C-BOX, integral Rafipal in own production new series C-BELT, which mounts centrifugal fans to double aspiration with indirect coupling by means of belts and pulleys. Available in version monophase (till 2 CV) or trifase. The carrying structure is realized in profile extruded of aluminum EN AW 6060T5 from 30X30 milimeter and 50X50 milimeter in the greater ransoms. The tamponamenti are constituted from wall panels double (sandwich) in steel sheet metal galvanized and inner schiumati with polyurethane having class 1 medium density of 40 kg/mc. ; all the panels are fixed to the structure from the outside by means of screws to embed in appropriate endowed nylon bushings of cover. The door is mounted on hinges at sight and is equipped of handle of removable fixed closing or (hexagonal); in option the door with lock is available. All the professional fans are mounted on only slab in steel that incorporates also the motor, to the aim to create an only body structurally much rigid one. In option he is available kit super antivibrating that he comprises the appropriate springs on the slab of support of the fan and a joint antivibrating in burlap fixed polyester between the pressing mouth and structure of the box. |

Extraction and filtration units for dust:
The arising of hazardous materials in the form of coarse dust,fine dust and floating particles is often unavoidable in working processes. Extraction and professional filter units clean the air directly at the workplace. Thus, hazardous effects on employees as well as machines can safely be prevented. For CPU-coolers we provide two dimensions of thermal-pads. These self professional adhesive heat conducting foils are the approved methode to fix CPU-coolers.

New in our delivery program is a special antivibration mounting-sleeve for fans of 40 mm upwards. Advantage of these sleeves are fast, simple and stable screwless assembly and disassembly of fans.
