MINIDIS - Portable Mini-distillation analyzer
This true atmospheric distillation analyzer is extremely compact, portable and light weight and operates as a fully stand-alone unit and performs exclusively to the latest standard for small scale distillation of petroleum products - ASTM D7344.
MINIDIS uses full automation from sample introduction to heating regulation, vapor temperature registration, volume measurement in the receiver compartment and calculation of the distillation curve from the raw data obtained during the test. This way it achieves the highest levels of accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility.
Want to get D86 test reports? A distillation run and detailed D86 test report takes about 15 minutes (gasoline) depending on the sample type. The automatic operation involves simply inserting the filling tube into the sample container and pressing "RUN". No sample preparation like cooling is necessary, neither special programming of the test conditions or prior distillation knowledge is required.
With the automatic sample introduction, the pre-programmed rinsing cycle and the use of cheap and disposable sample cups, any manual cleaning of the instrument is avoided.
Due to the true portability and rugged housing, the MINIDIS is also the perfect solution for applications, where standard lab instruments cannot be applied, such as outdoor tests or in mobile labs.

The Defensor PH15 and PH 27 generate humidity on the basis of the evaporator principle: Air absorbs moisture when passing through the damp mat and is then released into the room air through the air cleansing filter set, practically free of bacteria. Dust and other particles greater than 0.05 micrometers are filtered out. Environment gases and odours are filtered out.
• Automatic mode for energy saving
• Easy and convenient handling
• Air-purifying with Quattro filter system
• Direct connection for water supply
• Low running noise
• Turnkey unit, no installation outlay

Laboratory centrifuge for continuous separation of two liquids, clarifying of liquids from solids, emulsifying of several liquids, fraction of plasma protein, concentration and extraction of viruses and bacteria as well as further fields of application.
Function
CEPA centrifuges are characterized by their ability to process many times the volume of their tubular bowl. Fluid mixtures are fed into the bottom of the rapidly rotating separation chamber. Solids are retained, while liquid components are expelled from the top of the chamber through a collection tray. For liquid-liquid separations, two collection trays are used. The retained solids cake is dry and densely packed by the high G-forces of the CEPA centrifuge.
