The filter elements, including sintered metal powder filters, sintered metal fiber filters, titanium filters and other alloyed filters, are manufactured by isostatic pressing or co-axial pressing via powder metallurgy process. Available materials are: stainless steel 316L, 304L, 904, Titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, Nickel, Monel and other alloys .etc.on request.
The pore size can be adjusted by suitable selection of the powder size fraction and the process parameters. It has the type of tube, disc and stack of lamination and so on.

AFR-Series minimizes the number of moving parts for

rotating flow diverter replaces multiple valves, actuators,
linkages and seals required by other systems.

The GHT 4x4 is the total traction filter press with high productivity. The filter plates, which are hung from the upper beam, are moved automatically by a rapid shifting device equipped with a carousel system which reduces the filter press opening and closing sequence to the minimum. Four hydraulic cylinders placed on the plate pack corners ensure perfect operation and limited structural stress, even in the most unfavourable working conditions. Different from the traditional push-type systems, the total traction system does not transmit any stress to the upper beam, which is only subjected to weight of plates supported from it. In fact, the forces applied by the closing device are subjecting the tie beams to tension, which avoids stress on the frame and consequently, the risk of structural deformation. Effectively guarded moving parts and the use of state-of-the-art electronic interlock systems mean that the GHT 4x4 conforms to the highest operator health and safety regulations. Routine maintenance operations are simple, thanks to easy access to the filter plates, both for inspection and for filter cloth replacement.

Purite offer a range designed for the topping up of lead acid batteries. They can be attached directly to a mains supply and in some cases can be wall mounted.
These systems produce battery water direct from the mains in accordance with BS3974 Grade A water for lead acid batteries. They are easy to install and are wall mounted to maximise the use of space. The cartridges have a colour change window indicating when the cartridge requires changing.
Two versions are available:
BWDS 3 Series - to supply high quality purified water for up to 10 lead acid batteries
BWDS 7 Series - to supply high quality purified water for up to 20 lead acid batteries

The "Bio-Gas Production & Mixing System by P.E." is applied in the Primary and Secondary Digestion with the aim to produce Bio-Gas through the ANAEROBIC DIGESTIONS of the Sludge.
Thanks to its properties, the "Bio-Gas System by P.E." performs:
> a continuous & controlled mixing of the sludge
> the uniformity of the digestion process inside the digesters
> the uniformity of the temperature (T) of the sludge to be treated
> the elimination of the thermal stratification

Filtermist collectors are low-cost, highly efficient units. These easy-to-install accessories operate under the principle of centrifugal impaction. A rotating drum draws air and mist droplets into the collector. The mist particles are coalesced into liquid which is drained back to the coolant tank. Clean, oil-free air is returned to the shop.

Disk stack centrifuges with self cleaning bowl are used for clarifying and 3-phase separation of liquid-solid suspensions. Clarifying means to separate suspended solids from liquids (2 phases). 3-phase separation means to separate two inmiscible liquids including separating solids simultaneously.

Lagoon filtration system provides the removal of foreign solids or organic impurities from chemical solutions or from baths of special treatments. The group is constitued by the filtration chamber with lid, injection-moulded fittings which contain the filtration system, positioned on the base. In the same base, well protected, is situated the mag drive pump, the pipeline equipped with valves and switch. Many chambers can be assembled together either in parallel or in series connected to a bathtub in order to filter using the carbon purification process. Thanks to the spacious basement all the parts can be easily inspected. Many different versions of filtration units are available: paper, meraklon cartridges, washable pleated cartridges. Filtrating grade: between 1 and 100 micrometers having 10 micrometers as standard.

Problem
Process water from the plant's cooling tower is often contaminated with airborne dust, pollen, algae, plastic fines, and pipe scale. These contaminates circulate through heat exchangers and chillers and significantly reduce the system's cooling ability. As a result, extruders, molding machines, molds, and compressors heat up and endanger the quality of the product manufactured as well as the machines. In many cases, chemicals and alternative forms of filtration are used without much luck. This problem results in unscheduled maintenance shutdowns which often cause considerable production losses.

Problem
Cooling tower water is often contaminated by airborne dust, sand, pollen, algae, and pipe scales. These contaminates circulate through heat exchangers, chillers, and compressors, significantly reducing the system's cooling ability. Dirt particles in the water foul the system by settling on warm surfaces. Calcium and magnesium are the bonding elements that cement the dirt on the equipment. Chemical analysis shows that the calcium and magnesium are less than 2% of contaminates, while the rest is dirt that is brought in by the cooling tower. Scale formation reduces the heat transfer rate and increases the water pressure drop through the heat exchanger, condenser, and pipes. A study by Carrier shoes found that 0.002" fouling will increase pumping needs by 20%.
