elevator buckets: pressed steel, stainless steel. 8 cm to 63 cm.
We have althought elevator belt, elevator bolts and junctions belt
The steel "JET" elevator buckets is the last born of the very high performance buckets' range. It is made of pressed steel of very high resistance, without any welding. The steel "JET" elevator buckets represents the perfect synthesis of modern injection and elevation engineerings for most of dusty products.
The biggest European constructors have chosen the steel "JET" elevator buckets as the Reference in the elevation field.

| The Textile Belt Analyser (TBA) uses high frequency radio waves to determine the integrity of fabric and solid woven belting and their splices. Discontinuity in belting can be such things as carcass rot, folds (created during manufacture), cuts and tears to the conveyor covers, as well as areas of delamination including at the splices. This minimises the possibility of an unpredictable belt breakage resulting in lost production byincreasing the reliability of the conveyor system. |

It’s not just tough. It's Triple-Warp Tough! Goodyear EP's exclusive, patented, polyester x nylon Triple-Warp fabric weave makes Coal Quest the belt of choice for abusive underground applications.
Designed for Down-under Durability
This unique belt construction features a Goodyear’s patented* Triple-Warp center ply surrounded by a pair of abuse-resistant and flexible outer plies. This provides superior mechanical fastener holding strength, unbeatable vulcanized splice capabilities, a high degree of flexibility and great impact, tear and rip resistance.
Impact Resistance
Goodyear underground belts come well prepared to withstand the worst. That’s because loading impact damage, a major cause of belt failure is already assessed and predicted at our Technical Center Laboratory. During the design phase, Goodyear engineers utilize an enhanced Dynamic Impact Tester to accurately simulate loading impact force and its effects on belting. This information contributes to the design of our Triple-Warp fabric weave.
Transverse Tear Resistance
Due to the extremely high transverse tear strength of Coal Quest belts, edge tear occurrences are minimized and contained.
Rip Resistance
The Triple-Warp fabric design of Coal Quest belting helps dislodge and expel foreign objects and contain rips to a small area.
Applications:
Mainline Belts
Panel Belts
Slope Belts
to name a few. |

The double-staggered grip pattern gives Clipper® Wire Hooks exceptional holding power without degrading the integrity of the belt carcass. Today%u2019s splices also have a very low profile, making them increasingly more compatible with conveyor components and compliant with the need to reduced operating noise. Choose from a wide selection of wire diameters, leg and point lengths, strip lengths, and styles.
Unibar® Fasteners: Clipper hooks are welded to a common bar and feature our patented Safety Strip which covers hook point to protect user%u2019s fingers. The welded bar holds hook legs parallel to ease the "meshing" of belt ends and simplify hinge pin insertion. Plus, the welded bar creates a flat, finished splice so belt "wave" is eliminated.
ClipMark™ Series Fasteners: Designed for mono/multifilament conveyor belting and filter media up to 5/32" (4mm) thick, and for pulleys as small as 15/16" (24mm). High width-to-height ratio gives ClipMark™ superior mass and strength for increased reliability. |
