RollerForks® is a special material handling equipment that can be used for loading and unloading of containers or lorries. The forks can be mounted on all existing fork lift trucks with a tilting function. Compared to any other forklift attachment, like the push-pull system, the residual capacity of a lift truck equipped with RollerForks is much higher. This is caused by the little weight of the RollerForks. In practice a heavier lift truck is required when using a push-pull and that will result in higher costs. RollerForks® operate without any hydraulics and can save an extra hydraulic valve and all related hoses through the mast. Compared to the push-pull system the purchase costs of a pair of RollerForks® is at least 50% of the Push-pull.
The RollerFork® consists of a special lift truck fork that serves as a supporting frame with a special hinge in the heel allowing it to always lie flat on the floor. Inside the fork are two layers of rollers, one on top of the other, that drive each other when the forks are moved over the floor. The basic principle is that the upper rollers rotate at exactly the same speed but in the opposite direction as the lower rollers, which are in contact with the ground. When the RollerFork is lifted from the ground the rollers automatically lower and the load is held on the forks. The RollerFork and the rollers are made of high-grade materials, and because there are no axial forces there is hardly any wear and tear. Any dust and dirt will end up on the floor.

G-Series Rotators give your driver the ability to quickly dump or invert a load, and then immediately return the forks to the pick-up position in one continuous motion. Cascade rotators are widely used in food processing, automotive manufacturing, chemical processing, recycling operations, smelting and casting operations, and general manufacturing—anywhere it is necessary to dump bins or tote boxes.

The XZM and STABIL‘X XZM TL were developed for mechanical handling trucks travelling short distances (up to 15 km in an hour) at speeds not exceeding 35 km/h, running over aggressive and abrasive surfaces.
Their massive tread and very thick crown and sidewalls protected by internal reinforcements make these tires very robust with excellent wear resistance.
Their radial carcass cushions vibration offering ride comfort and security for goods and mechanical parts.

Weighing forklift truck forks of Bruss
The GZW RF-B weighing forks are an autonomous weighing system functioning independent of the truck. The weighing forks can be quickly installed on the carriage plate and are easy to exchange between trucks: signal transmission between the forks and the indicator within reach in the cabin is via radio frequency transmission, there is no cabling. With the Bruss GZW RF-B you can weigh pallets and containers during transport, right where the handling takes place. You save time in checking incoming and outgoing goods, in determining expedition weights and in filling big bags in production. The exchangeable battery module guarantees a continuous use of up to 12 hours.

The truck mounted weighing system enables you to weigh goods on site. This not only saves time but also eliminates the risk of damage during transport to a fixed weighing platform. The system has been specifically designed to check the weight of incoming, outgoing goods, quantity, count components and for dosing purposes.

iForks, the world first completely wireless scale forks for forklift trucks, reach trucks and narrow aisle trucks. Since all components are fully integrated in the forks, the iForks have no external cabling whatsoever and the weighing system can be installed onto any forklift truck in a matter of minutes: plug & weigh! From that moment on, every load lifted by the truck is instantly and accurately weighed.
iFORKS IS RESISTANT FOR ROUGH USE AND EXTREMELY COMPACT
Each scale fork communicates the weight lifted with the weight indicator in the cabin via Bluetooth. The weighing system is powered by robust, exchangeable battery modules. All electronics and power components are exclusively developed by RAVAS for the iForks concept. Which is why they are resistant to rough use and also extremely compact, fork dimensions (w x h = 133 x 58 mm) very close to those of standard lift truck forks.
iFORKS: EASY TO USE AND LOW COSTS
The iForks weight indicator in the cabin shows the weight of the load on the forks and offers a complete range of weighing functions: gross/net weighing, total weight per shipment, code entry, date/time registration, and piece counting. The indicator can provide weight data transfer to a printer, a data terminal, or directly to a WMS or ERP system, via RS232, Bluetooth or WiFi. The display is equipped with backlight, making it perfectly readable even in the darkest corners of a warehouse or production environment. iForks offers Digital Calibration Technology: via the keys of the indicator the scale can be digitally adjusted, quickly and accurately. Which makes for a very maintenance friendly weighing system and low cost of ownership.

Cascade's Wine Barrel Handler simplifies the barrel handling process. Designed to work in the "cave" or "narrow aisle" operations, the Wine Barrel Handler allows a lift truck driver to easily grab a barrel from a stack, lower it to the ground or move it to the desired location. A 180-degree swinging fork assembly mounted on a full-width traversing frame allows the driver to pick up a barrel from either the left- or the right-hand side of a narrow aisle. The Wine Barrel Handler can handle most types and sizes of wine barrels. Also included in the fork cradle design are rollers to aide in the manual spinning of the barrel for mixing.
