With speeds up to 300 weighings/min. depending on product and target weight, the MULTIPOND 12/14-S5 series of combination weighers are designed for the most diverse applications.
They have proved their efficiency both in high-speed as well as in mixing applications.
The prefeed, weighing and memory hoppers work with the twin flap opening system, which guarantees a complete discharge even of sticky products. The stainless steel hoppers have a volume of 2.55 litres.
By means of a specially designed pivoting unit each of the weigh hoppers feed product into two memory hoppers mounted underneath, where the weighed partial quantities are stored before being taken into combination. Mixing of up to 6 components of various products is possible.

This is an autonomous system used to convey pharmaceutical empty capsules. The machine is constituted by a loading hopper from which the capsules are pushed trough an adjustable straddle towards a destination cyclone using an integrated blower on board. All this is installed on a wheeled chassis which allows to position the system near the capsules machine. The single phase loaders of the range “AM” are the most suitable machines to transfer in pneumatic mode all type of powder or granular materials which have a different granular size and a good flowability and density but having a not very high granular size. The use of this range of machines is suggested with middle-low feed rates (less than 300 Kg /h) and short distances (not more than 10 mt. from the collecting point). To satisfy other requirements other types pf machines, present on DS&M wide catalogue are suggested. Vibrating Bin Aerator
It is a very simple device made of a rubber membrane, abrasion resistant and self cleaning,
and metal pipe, and is to be mounted against the wall of a silo.
Compressed air (at 2 to 6) bar is blown through the pipe and makes the rubber membrane vibrate against the wall of the silo. At the same time, the blown air fluidizes the dust or powder contained in the silo with a 1 metre radius of effectiveness.

PROMOTION FLOW MUCON
PROMOTION FLOW is a system making it possible to solve the problems of flow of the products in the hoppers, silos or containers.
Stainless steel grids generally, are introduced into the conical part of the hopper. The crossing nuts and bolts which hold the grid are connected to an external medium where is fixed a pneumatic vibrator.
PROMOTION FLOW makes vibrate the contents and not the hopper.
This direct action on the product makes it possible to fight effectively against the independent factors which support the formation of a vault, a chimney or a segregation of product during the flow.
The grids are carried out to measure and will have a form different according to dimensions from the hopper to equip and the treated products.
