The unique MCPI’s Multi Channel Feeder, is probably the best solution on the market, to give a simultaneous, quick and accurate dosing of ingredient on multiple application points, with sprinkling effect.
These feeders are controlled with motor rpm and outlet section of extractor. MCPI’s “Short-cut system” is mechatronic solutions which ensure a perfect control of the extractor movement with repeatability below 3/100 sec, to ensure quick and accurate feeding.
This range of machines is an efficient cost effective solution for high cadencies productions (dosing time from 0.2 sec, up to 60 dosing cycles / min). The feeder can be fit on “C” shape mobile truck, to facilitate cleaning operations.

The system of dévoûtage fulfills with him only the functions of perfect filling of the screw of proportioning and dévoûtage in the tank.
Solutions of fast disassembling were especially studied to support cleaning.
The materials used are selected according to the characteristics of the product to proportion.
Principles
A cylindrical tank equipped with a devoutor and a mechanical system of proportioning without air nor vibration allowing to proportion any type of products in powder form or granulated.
The output control is obtained by variation speed on the system of proportioning. The cramming of the system of proportioning is carried out by the devoutor who fulfills this function, while dévoûtant the product in the hopper.

The ZFP/DM model is a mechanical discharge and metering unit for powders stored in bulk. It can be fitted under any bottom hopper.
The storage capacities can be from 50 litres up to 5 cubic metres. It caters for outputs from a few l/h up to 15 m3/h according to the product.

The anti-bridging system carries out by itself the perfect filling function of the dosing screw, as well as the anti-bridging in the tank.
Some quickly dismantling solutions have been specially studied in order to aid the cleaning of the unit.
The materials have been selected according to the characteristics of the products to be dosed.
Operating principle:
Thanks to a cylindrical tank fitted out with aa anti-bridging device and a mechanical dosing system without air or vibration, you can dose all kind of powdery or granular products.
The flow can be set by varying the speed of the dosing system. The feeding of the dosing system is carried out by the anti-bridging device which at the same time anti-bridges the product in the hopper.

Milltronics weighfeeders from Siemens can improve the accuracy of processing, blend consistencies, accountability, and record keeping. All weighfeeders come standard with a belt weigh bridge and speed sensor. An integrator is required to complete the system.
The weighfeeder is used to deliver an accurate mass flow rate of material. In the majority of applications, material is profiled by an adjustable mechanical shear gate, which fixes the correct material bed depth for a given particle size.
The feed rate is then maintained and adjusted by varying the speed of the belt. However, in some cases the belt speed is constant with rate control (if any) done by a pre-feeding device.
The system consists of three components: weight and speed sensing, integration and control, and the mechanical conveying system.
Using the belt load and the belt speed signals, small incremental totals of weight per time are measured by the integrator and then the flow rate is calculated. The measured flowrate is compared against the desired flowrate and the on-board PID controller makes necessary corrections to the belt speed.
